I keep looking at those new transformer megas. I cant see any way of knocking the omega sentinel down at all. Same with omega supreme... I see no targets that are ment to take them down.

They look very top heavy, more then the at-rt- a good force blast could probably do it. I see they follow the same leader/captain system- this would allow alot of ability's to work.

Where's Jabbas creatures (Weequay's, Gamorrian Guards...etc) Agreed. I was really looking forward to some Gamorrian Guards. She does have a big weapon but I doubt that qualifies her as a Mega. - I think these new figures look great, and I want them all... now, but I am a bit dissapointed at the lack of new figures and lack of key Return of the Jedi figures (Gammorians, The Emperor {with some kind of new lightning/non-force blast attack} an all black outfit 'Jedi team' Luke, Jabba's flunkies {but that might require a new team}, etc.) - I'm thinking that that generic Ewok carries that rock over his head (like a reverse C3PO) and when triggered he crashes in down on figures. - With young Tarkin and IG88 (plus the lack of newness) really doen't make this much of a Return of the Jedi set. If this is going to become common for new series perhaps Hasbro sould abandon the movie themed sets and just give us new sets with characters from all 6 flix mixed together. (say "all 6 flix mixed" 10 times fast!) Oh well, all in all they look good (really looking forward to that flying Boba) but I suppose I should stop all this Series 4 dreaming and go play some games with my Series 3! Maybe those are targets by the knees! And if the knees "unlock" he will fall backwards? That would be an awesome death! So, I count 14 different figuresSince the 4 in the Starter should not be in the boosters, there are still 4 more uncounted for. Rifght, has anybody seen any that I missed?

The ewok looks like another ball action like Jabba. Slave Leias string might affect Jabba?

When they said there would be 18 figures, I assume that means total for the series. The side of the booster package only shows 14 figures + the starter =18 figures total. -Radar

The side of the booster is showing Transformers. See the first one on the bottom - Megatron in Alt form. It's the same side in the TF booster packs, too.

Yeah, and from what I could see, both Star Wars and Transformers boosters showed only Transformers. Ah well.

And if 18 is the TOTAL number of Figures (Boosters + Starters) then we must be looking at TF Series 1 & 2, cause I have about 30 figures... I'll get an answer on these questions after Toy Fair is over. Just FYI - Word is Toy Fair was cancelled today due to the snow. So we may not see or hear anything new. Maybe some new pictures (of the same figures) will turn up, but looks like we need to wait until they can clear some snow in the Big Apple.

I'm thinking that slave Leia's weapon might work like this...
You shoot it (of course) and
a) it will hit and knock down figures like any shooter
b) if you are able to 'hook' a figure or have the hook part land behind a figure(s) and then yank the string back toward Leia causing that figure(s) to be dragged/fall over and possible crash into other figures.
With practice it might be possible to shoot it over a group of opposing figures snag someone in the back of the formation and drag them to the front knocking over and disturbing the rest of the formation. Could be a pretty cool attack.
Someone in an earlier post mentioned that she might have been designed to work with Jabba the Hutt, but that's not how Attacktix works. Each figure has to be able to interact and defeat one another. Yes, she will be able to attack Jabba, but she'll also be pretty good at bringing down a AT-RT in one shot. There are no two figures that are designed to exclusively attack each other. The place where figures interact with each other in singular/exclusive ways are their special powers.
I'm a little disappointed that we didn't get any Ewok archers/small missile launchers. It would've been pretty simple and they actually used bows in the movie.
I like that we're getting Tarkin and it's not too much of a stretch (with Hasbro's love of the repaint) that we'll get a older/gray haired version sometime in the future.
There is another thing I have to thank Hasbro for. Most toy companies when launching a multiple franchise combined game would have put both Star Wars and Transformers figures in the same booster. That way we'd have to buy twice as many boosters just to get one complete set of Star Wars of Transformers. Which would be especially frustrating for those that don't want both. And with the existing built in fan base for Star Wars Attacktix you know we'd buy 'em anyway.

How are they going to work the C/R/SR combination with just two figures per booster?!?!
Maybe they will do away with the largely useless commons?

Maybe they will do away with the largely useless commons? Largely useless?!?? I absolutely love commons. Building huge armies of clones or droids and having an all out 500+ pt. battle is great!

There is no mention of the commons in the new series. They may no longer be in the boosters. I do hope they still exist, maybe in a see-through booster-building kit??
But for now, it is just Rares and Super-Rares in the boosters. Hmm... just rares and super-rares. It's like going to a store and they only have a Medium and an Extra-Large drink (which I have seen before)
Makes no sense, so I will hold out hope for a common pack!

I guess the rares would become commons and the super rares become rares. As far as the boosters I think they will be no more sercet figures you'll get to see which ones you buy. No more mini christmas, but it will cost less to get the compelte set and no more open boxes
