*sigh* You lucky newlyweds. Perhaps I should add a disclaimer on my striking tutorial: WARNING: Following these directions may end up breaking off the hands of your figures, destroying their saber tips, or neutralizing your striker's waist action. At any rate, I'm starting to understand why I got so irked, which is always a good thing. ETA: See why I need me a Chrome Vader?

You can call or email customer support located at Hasbro.com and they will either trade your 3 pack booster for a new one, or send you a coupon for $3 off your next booster you buy.

from our FAQ sticky you will need to call or email Hasbro about your broken figure: Q: What is the number for Hasbro? A: Hasbro customer support: 1-800-327-8264 Q: How can I contact Hasbro by e-mail? A: Use this link to fill out a form that will let you e-mail Hasbro (you'll likely have to register with them before you can finish submitting the form) hasbro.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/hasbro.cfg/php/enduser/ask.php

Ok two questions do they have to be rare common super rare? and also can i get a link my "smart" self cant find it As far as I know it doesn't have to be Rare Common Super Rare - they wont know the difference as long as it's three figures. and it usually takes them 7-14 days to get back to you. we got our coupon about two weeks after our 'complaint.'

It takes them 2 weeks 2 email u bak? or from when u send the pieces? Well when we did ours we included all our contact info in the email so I got something in the mail after 2 weeks, never an email back. You may want to email them again and ask specifically for a self-addressed stamped envelope to send your figures back and include your home address. That is what others did - Hasbro will send you an envelope, which you fill up with your figures.

OucH! The clone Sergeant. I don't know how that would be handled? They might be able to do a 1:1 trade for the figures other than the boosters. Personally I would take it back to the retail store that you bought it from.

I've got a chrome V-Wing Pilot that looked like it literally fell apart. Just a pile of plastic anatomy. I guess I'll be e-mailing Hasbro.

Tough luck on the sergeant, you might consider reading Joe's notes on base dissection and switching out the wheel/gear bar with some clone trooper. -Radar
