My AT-RT came out of the box with one of it's targets unable to set in place, making it a one-hit kill. Think Hasbro would take something like that back and replace it? I tried Emailing, but it said "message not sent, no matches were found." I am sad. MY Gunship was exactly the same way. I opened it up from the base and fixed it. It has tiny screws on the bottom so it made it relatively easy to do. The only thing you have to watch out for is making sure you put everything back together the way it was. The other cool thing about taking it apart was I got to see the white/black wheel inside. I was tempted to paint it all white but decided against.

I got a wierd palpatine. I took the time to measure and found that the blast when shot will touch surface about 9 tixs away from where shot, when counting the distance made with sliding is about 70 tixs that can not begin to compare to a normal force attack. Its clear mine is defective.

I just got a robed Darth Vader, it doesn't swing powerfully enough to knock down someone, any suggestions?

My Grievous bodyguard is bad as well when you pull him around for an attack he justs sits there. You have to guide his weapon around to knock anything over.
