The only "breakage" we've experienced so far is Yoda's saber hand flying off. When I put it back in his arm to make sure of the fit before supergluing, it went in so well I couldn't pull it back out to glue it!

lol, No breakages here....>.> just lost my padme's shot and a sbds shot *dang they can shoot!* My tarful is backwards.... i don't really care because i can send *and have* a vader 16 off a 6 foot table. My plo koon's front sticker is off....and my yoda and obi *from starter* couldn't knock anyone over 75% of the time... *but hey its my only yoda and 4 my sith/jedi team he works well* man.... hasbro's quality controll stinks... *although my vader and dooku can send u flying ^_^*

My AT-RT came out of the box with one of it's targets unable to set in place, making it a one-hit kill. Think Hasbro would take something like that back and replace it? I tried Emailing, but it said "message not sent, no matches were found." I am sad.

do you still have the receipt? you could return it to the store.
Did you actually fill out the email form or just search for similar items in their customer service area? I've never had any trouble sending them an email. Try it again.

After you submit your email it will take you to the screen that says "message not sent, no matches were found." below that will be another section with a black box that says 'email us'. Click that and your email will be sent.

Not a defective figure but i got an exepcianal Griev. Bodyguard that works like my A. vader so they aren't all bad

The problem is that in that thread it's different. Mine slit right in half. Right where it rotates. The armor is fine.

I've glued him and given him a couple strikes. He does pretty good I think he might be ok.

Does anyone know how to fix a V Wing pilot whose right arm is in the left and left in the right hole, he basically holds the gun underhanded, He looks as if he going when he should be coming, Looks wierd. If someone can tell me how to post a picture, will post.
