I'm not sure if my Grievous Bodyguards are all bad, or they are just designed poorly?? From what I've seen they are designed badly. Every picture I see online, be it on star wars or game websites or item photos on ebay, are all messed up. And speaking of figure problems. My Darth Vader #16 shat out some kind of small rubber band. I've got to look into his diet.

LOL That just can't be good. Urm where did the rubber band come out? -Ray I'm not sure. I was just rolling him along and then darth was running over a small, black, circular rubber band. I'm tempted to send him back with a clone that won't click (faulty cloning!), but I already have some 'tix that I'm waiting to get back from Hasbro. I want to see how the first round of send-back goes.

My G. body guards seem ok, they are badly designed though. I think that's why they're only 10 points.

I found a good way to use the Grievous Bodyguard. Instead of pulling back on the weapon, like a jedi, hold the base like usual and then grab the bodyguard from above. Place your index finger on his 'chest' and your thumb on his 'back'. Twist in the traditional direction then release. By pulling on his weapon you are putting strain on his spindley little legs.

Called Hasbro about returning my defective Ki-Adi-Mundi with the broken Ticker.
Hasbro told me that after they receive your returned figure they will send you a new booster pack. They said that while they try to send you one that will have your broken figure replacement, there is no guarantee you will get that exact character back.
So, be warned. If it is a rare figure that you are keeping just to have a full set, you may lose it when you go for replacement.

I am going to try to get the officially worded answer from Hasbro and post it to the news site. People will need to know this, I was under the impression the SAME figure would come back...

Hmmmm, I might have to get around to sending them my 2 Tarffuls. 2 boosters sounds like a good swap no matter what I get. So what exactly do you have to do if you want to send Hasbro a damaged fig? I couldn't seem to find the info on the official site.

I sent in 2 broken figs am only getting one new booster. So don't expect a new booster for ever fig you send.
Joe, here's some official Hasbro verbage if you want to add it to the main page:
"Thank you for contacting Hasbro, Inc., and for bringing this matter to our attention. Please be assured that we have shared your concerns with the product team. We will be pleased to arrange an exchange of the complete product for you as, unfortunately, the figures are not available separately. To help facilitate the process, please use the postage paid mailing label that is being sent to you at the address you have provided. Simply package up your return and place the mailing label securely on the package. Drop it off at the Post Office window and it’ll be on its way back to us. Once the product is received at our returns facility, we will be glad to send a new replacement product. If there is a production delay and this product is not available we will replace it with a product of equal value. We want to assure you that all of us are dedicated to maintaining quality products. We hope you and your family will enjoy our products for many years to come."

Is it worth sending these guys back? Yoda's hand broke right off after about 10 swings. Vaders clicker gets stopped up. Both are unusable in game action. They are both chrome and very rare. Does anyone think it is worth sending back to Hasbro without any guarantee they will send the same ones back?

Vader's clicker doesn't work at all? Even if he moves slowly, or how about if you move him backwards?
Can Yoda's hand be fixed with crazy glue, or is it the whole swinging mechanism?
If Vader can move backwards and you can crazy glue Yoda I would keep them. I would not be inclined to send them back, because they are just going to send anything.

Vader's clicker eventually gets clogged up after about 10 clicks either way. Luckily i have a standard one too. With yoda, do you think the super glue will hold up? and what true value does the chrome base posses? Hasbro is going to call me back with an answer to that after they talk to the development team. let me ask you this? if you send back 1 broken item, they will send you a whole booster? what if you send a common trooper? I cannot see them sending a whole pack to replace that. but that would be a good deal if they did.
