I officially have the Tournament set in hand!
Sand Man is awesome! Really all of these figures are great.
Sand Man/ 80/ Mega/ Stun 10/26-Your opponent may not move their Warriors or Troopers next turn.
Venom/ 20/ Warrior/ Sinister Sin/ Vanquish 12/26 -Choose and remove a figure from your opponents defeated area, then stand this figure up.
New Goblin/ 40/ Captain/ Sinister Sin/ Vengeance 16/26 -Remove one of your opponents Spider Man figures if you have a Sinister Sindicate in play.
Spider Man/ 70/ Mega/ Rescue 8/26 - Return this figure to the starting area if you have another figure in play.
Spider Man is defiantly my favorite. He isn't spring loaded. You actually push him around the pole. He is similar to Scorponok.
Sand Man shoots from his left hand and swipes with his right. The right isn't overly powerful. However, he is really really really cool!
Venom is really neat looking. Very evil and dark. With only being 20 points, he will become a necessity for any Sinister Syn group.
New Goblin is better than I originally though. I would have liked him to be around 30 points instead of 40. However, he looks great and is different than the Goblin that we all already have.
Final thoughts: You will like this set if you liked the last Tournament set with Vader and Optimus. This set to me is by far better. I am happy with the sculpts, powers, well, just about everything. ;D

No, actually it's really neat. It is black and is shaped like he is spitting a glob of gunk. Sand mans is tan and is similar in shape. I am telling you guys this set is awesome! You will love it.

They look nice. Especially the Spidey (of course, this is an unrepentant Spidey-nut speaking)... But is anyone else getting an 'Insane Paintballer' feel from New Goblin's head/mask?

What are their base sizes and speeds? Well, from the pics, Sandman and Spider-Man have Mega-sized bases Also from the pics, Venom and Sandman have 6, New Goblin has 4, and Spider-Man may have 6.

Other people getting new figures before me makes me sad. Makes me even sadder when they're really good figures. Makes me even sadder-er when that person will be able to use those good figures at TixCon! Gah!
Venom looks to be the star of this set to me. A near 50% chance of constantly standing up for 20 points is outstanding and something I really want to have in my possession.
How are the spring strengths on each of the shooters?

The only real dissapointing spring/shooter is Sandman. His swipe attack is not really very effective and his bullet is just average. Venom's bullet if very good, at least in mine. The only problem is, is that you can't move him up or down to aim. He is stuck in his hunched over postion. Goblin's is the same as the other Goblin's. I really like this figure. As you can see he does have the string on him so that he can fly just like the other Goblin. Spidey is the golden boy of the bunch. You can really do some damage with him. If you move him just right you should beable to plow through just about any defense. He is great! Wait until you get one and you will understand more.

Well, my grandma is coming in this weekend and she's paying us to watch her dog. It probably will only be five or ten dollars but if I'm fortunate enough to have her pay me $20 I know exactly what that money is going towards...
And if you couldn't tell by my earlier post, I am very, very jealous of you at the moment. That Venom sounds like it'd be worth purchasing the set on its merits alone.
