Ok now that two people have posted it, I have to ask. Why in the world would anyone play a Han as Storm with a Luke as Storm? I don't get it. You can not use both their effects in one turn so what is the point? Because if one gets capped, you still get the extra attack, as well as the opportunity to move them to different positions to fire from different fields. Put a couple in backup as well and a leia and you essentially get an extra shot for most of the match. I don't usually do it, but it does work! I prefer a single destroyer - it's cheaper (don't need a leia) or at worst as expensive and you get a free shot. Get 2 and oh, man...you're in deep Barney. (for those who aren't british, Barney = Rubble = Trouble)

I like to play with a han, luke and leia.... Like superfly said, you loose one, no big deal. And I like to move all 3 together, luke and han in the front, leia behind them because shes the weakest link in their little extra attack game.
I like even better to play with 2 stormtrooper lukes. Becuase I would rather bring in a striker luke than a launcher han from back ups. And that luke (depending on what one I pick for back ups) can either stand back up when defeated, or bring in another leia.
But then it is also fun to play with 2 stromtrooper hans, then you are very likely to bring in another han... And then you can choose to have a han that can bring in a chewbacca, or just stand back up. And if you have the chewbacca recruiting han, then you have tons more options....
Theres just endless possibilities with the leia/luke/han combo. Its one of the greatest innovations in attacktix currently. Back ups, at times are not nearly big enough to allow for all the possibilities this combo offers.

You can not use both their effects in one turn so what is the point? To Grievous, I had forgotten what Yoda's effect was. Now I understand. Thanks for clarifying. If one dies, simple as that..also one can bring a Han and one can bring a Luke in.

How 'bout 20 Greedos? Or 10 Greedos and 10 Jedi Knights? Or just 20 Jedi Knights?

s2 Obiwan and 14 empire clones/wickets r always good. I will gladly face that team. If Obi-Wan comes up black on the first turn , your toast. I would at least add a second Obi-Wan.

I agree, but still without the second Obi Wan it would be a close fight. I would probably win 7 of 10 times with only 1 obiwan, but with two??? Curtains.

Dude, Recover power. Each time Darth Vader stands up, next turn you can knock him down again to bring in another Jedi Knight. A constant wave of Jedi Knights coming into play, just because your opponent's Vader won't die! |
But, how is Vader "defeated" if he "recovers". Doesn't count if he stands back up, only if he can't then he becomes defeated. 200 pt. team? Well, I guess we will find out what team I like on June 9th won't we? ;D

Operating under the TixCon "5 of each standard figure, 1 of each Gold figure, 1 tournament figure" rules: Wicket x5 Jedi Knight x5 S2 Starter Obi-Wan x2 Gold Ki-Adi-Mundi Logray Backups: S5 Yoda Jedi Knight x9 Wickets give your Obi-Wans Recover ability, Jedi Knights swarm like always, KAM strikes fear in the heart of the opponent with Logray doing a tiny bit of that as well. Another idea is to drop Logray in exchange for a Tion Medon who could then bring back Obi or KAM. Just curious as how the 9 JK help in the Back-ups? Also the Yoda is really 30pts, I promise. No he isn't.

Good Gravy Batman! Defeated is when a figure is knocked over? That's goofy! Oh well.

Yoda will be the most overpowered 10pt. figure ever, and Webhead would not allow that. Or, he has been misprinted. Some guy printed off the sticker looking at the #10. He has 10 speed and he is #10 in S5. No matter how much you wish it is true, its not. Wait and see.
