I'll play good or bad, but will rarely ever mix the two. Just helps my overall enjoyment of the game.
My opponent, well, he/she can do whatever they like!

Should there be a sort of bonus for having a all good or bad team?
I personally like to play Darth Vader and the troopers but hey, I guess what ever makes the game more fun and entertaining.

There is a bonus, in a way, if you pick your team based on a good special ability synergy. Your example is perfect. A person taking Vader would be foolish (well, semi-foolish as Vader is STILL a powerhouse, even without his ability) to not load up on troopers to help keep him alive.

Thank you!

I bought a bunch from him as well! But I balk at paying $14 or $20 for a single figure - so thanks Joe for the trading board here. I just got rid of an extra Yoda and got my Darth Vader 16! Woohoo! Trading is the way to go, because it seems the distribution is not truly random- I got two Agen Kolars and two Chewbaccas and two Yodas, but no Maces, no Darth and no Tarfful...

I got nearly all my stuff from play today. You can't beat 99 cent troop builders.

play_today!! is how I've built up my troops in a big way. I'm waiting for a shipment that includes (among other things) a dozen Wookiee Scouts. Price? $6. At that rate, I'll be able to give a few away to my Attacktix playing friends!

4 bucks on eBay, so nope, not at all. Worth it to not get another Palapatine or Shaak Ti, the two rares who like to annoy me with their never ending presence in my boosters the most. I wonder if this is regional or something? I keep hearing Palpatine and Dooku are common, but in our sets we've gotten 3 yodas & 2 armored vaders, yet still no papatine, dooku, or tarful ...

Here is a way to check...not that i've done it a lot. Ok maybe a few times when it came down to trying to find my last two figures. In the bottom of the box, in one of the corners push your first finger in a little ways, you can kinda see who's in the box. But this would be a bad idea if you're doing this all the time.
