Ooh! If you can ever be persuaded to sell these, let me know!
Wow, fantastic!

Ooh! If you can ever be pesuaded to sell these, let me know! Wow, fantastic! It would be very easy, and rather inexpensive to print the Death Star board (and the others that are trapped in my computer) on thin (.030 or .060 styrene) sheets 3' x 3 (or smaller, if that's what you prefer). All anyone here would have to pay would be materials & shipping (I wouldn't want to make a profit from the only folks keeping Attacktix alive).

LMK when you can make this available. I would be interested in some as well. I missed out when (Malform I believe) was offering up some quality boards in the past and am regretting it. If you have the capacity, I would like on of the boards that have Attacktix across the middle and ends. Like the tournament ones we've seen in the past. I haven't the abilities to do these myself and would pay for something done professionally.

GE brings up a good point. I think a lot of tix players would enjoy having one of these. From the eBay sales, it looks like there are a lot more people buying Attacktix than are on the boards. It might be interesting to put one on eBay and see where the price goes. It could be shipped in a tube with instructions on how to glue it to some wood. Couldn't be easier unless you had them print it themselves. Just a thought.

I would think that if he tries to print and then sell them with the name "Attacktix" on them he could get into trouble. Is the name Attacktix trademarked? I'd think so. Now if he was to make some of the ones as custom w/o the Attacktix name on it, I think that would be fine.

I don't think Hasbro would mind. And if they did counter it with, release the new figures and I'll take the name off the board. I would like one (or more) as well.

I think a person could print pretty much whatever they wanted to as long as they didn't make a profit off of it.

I don't Imagine Hasbro will be breathing down you nick. One would just say its a game board that can be used with attacktix and / or other miniature figure games.

Exactly. As long as you're not marketing their name you shouldn't infringe on TM's.
