Hi all, ok in the rules it talks about after attackting that you cannot touch said figure, I wondered though can you use the same figure for both of your attacks in a turn? And if not when you're down to one and you just at so much the disadvantage? Thanks for your replys

wow is that the general consensus? That puts you at quite a disadvantage when you get down to just one

wow is that the general consensus? That puts you at quite a disadvantage when you get down to just one Even if you can attack twice with a single remaining figure, your still at a disadvantage. Assuming your opponent has more than one figure left that is.

Sure, but with our house rules I've on more than one occasion been left with Vader #16 and removed a crowd on the right and left of me with two swings,
thanks for the replies

You're right, it does put you at quite a disadvantage when you're down to one figure. That's why teams that have lots of figures on them tend to overpower teams without a lot of figures, just because of the force of numbers. Remember, the rules state that you can't move after you've attacked, that you can't rotate a figure after it's attacked (with the exception of Jabba Mega, apparently), and that all missiles must remain out of their launchers until the next turn (barring the activation of a special power), so it would be extraaordinarily difficult to launch a second attack with a single figure, anyway, given those mechanics.

With a shooter yes, but not so much with only a striker left. Although, you wouldn't be able to MOVE the striker after the first attack, and if you did the strike RIGHT in the first place there shouldn't be any figure left close enough to hit with a second attack anyway. I don't know that the rules explicitly say two different attack figures, and I do feel that it is an interesting question, but I would agree that most of us have always played 2 attacks from 2 different figures and that is the general consensus. As YodaBreaker so eloquently pointed out other explicitly spelled out rules don't leave much room for interpretation on this.

Sure, I supposed it would be as much in official play. I just wondered what others thought about it. With our house rules we allow two attacks by one figure and only take into consideration the no turn or adjust after the second, considering it like the AT-RT and Destroyer Droid that you can attack multiple different figures with their multiple missiles (IE rotate it and shoot, repeat). No extra moving allowed, just pivoting and such, it makes it interesting if your last guy is a striker to see if you can reach.

Hey guys...
officially it's always been Move, then Attack with 2 different figures. Check your rule books, it's listed under step 5 of the Quick Battle rules.

Ok, the Gunship can take off and carry someone, Boba Fett can take of too.
Can the Gunship take off and carry Boba Fett who has also taken off to get Boba even farther into the field? Or is Boba taking off only an attack maneuver?
Update: allow me to rephrase. Can the Gunship whose string is extended transport Boba Fett WHILE his string is extended?

Or is Boba taking off only an attack maneuver? If Im following you correctly, you are asking if you can transport the S4 "flying" boba down the battle field using the gunship. Then flying boba can then fly and attack... Sure, why not?

The Real Question is if you can pick Boba up by his base, dangle him over enemy figures, shoot with him, then return him to behind the gunship. You could grab the base by the jet stream... or better yet grab Boba himself, shake the base off, then wildly swing it around at your opponents. Sidenote: Everything I just said is against every rule of attacktix.
