This has happened to me with both Commander Gree and Wedge. For some reason, the blue large missiles that they come with will not work anymore - they fire but don't even come all the way out of the launcher.
I figured that the spring broke, but for kicks tried a red large missile and it worked. Green worked also. NONE of the blues worked. I thought all the missiles were the same except for color, but for some reason my Gree and Wedge are picky and will only shoot red or green.
Anyone else notice anything like this?

I tried putting my brothers AT-RT's small missile in another figure that shoots small missiles but it wouldn't fit? And the AT-RT also fits large missiles in it's launcher.

The At-Rt, missiles are ever so slightly different than the regular figures. I remember them to be about 1/16 of one inch shorter. As far as putting small missiles into large slots, that can be done, but I haven't been able to do it the other way.

Conachris, question: Have you tried using those blue missiles in any other figures? Maybe something is worn down on those specific missiles?
I haven't had a problem w/blue missiles personally but we rotate our missile use pretty frequently based on color so no one missile gets a lot of action.

I have tried the blue missiles in other figures and they work. I think my Wedge and Gree are just finiky or something

I think the AT-RT missiles are designed differently. For example, if I stick a blue missile in an At-Rt, the missile sticks out about a millimeter farther than the others. The AT-RT will reject the missile, or it will stay for a few minutes and suddenly fire. Another weird thing was that my Mace Windu force blaster came broken, but when I traded force blasts, he worked much better.

not qwite missiles but may help some who have the jabba mega.
i noticed that Hasbro makes somegamething called 'BDaman'. it seems similar to beyblades/attacktix type shooting games... with a non-mech-Zoid building bit to it... anyhows. they shoot balls.. the same balls that jabba does.. and you can grab a refill tube (looks sorta like a paintball filler) with a dozen or so in it for 3-4$ at TRU, tho i bet you can find them at all the retailers. ive noticed the strate blue ones as well as marbly clear/blue mix. maybe there are green ones out there???

Yea, we've bought the B-Daman refill packs for our Jabba. It's important to note they are heavier than Jabba's projectiles and Hasbro does NOT make green ones so far.
