No kidding? Did not know this. Interesting.
*goes to make a new battleboard with walls.*
Erm...how high are the walls?

Thanks! *Puts yellow matte board and 4" x 30" strips of plexiglass on shopping list* BTW...my wife hates you. We'll she's sleeping now, but when she sees me making this, she *will* hate you guys. Guess I'm just not as lucky as Joe....
On another note, I need to "get out" more. The only problem is that I'm not really a Star Wars buff---certainly not to the point of most people around here. So, going to all these other Star Wars sites and wading through all the other toy "crap" (my opinion) to get to the Attacktix isn't how I want to spend my online time. Otherwise, I'd probably already have run across this stuff. Now give me some redline Hot Wheels or some HO-scale trains (not the cheap "crap" you get at TRU, either) or some Magic cards and we're talking a whole 'nother issue with toys and gaming....

Well, here's the official answer from Chris at HASBRO:
Hi,
Thank you for contacting Hasbro with your question on Attacktix! Perhaps I can bring you a little clarification.
As long as the figure is not knocked over, it is not defeated. On the next turn make sure to direct the figure back into the game arena.
So, the answer is..."No."

So you should be very happy about this!
I am very glad they are keeping consistency in their rules. Thanks for the clarification - I'll add it to our FAQ.
