No, but I have been very cautious of this from happening. I store mine in 3 battle cases (48 figures) and the rest in a duffle bag that I make sure nothing gets on top of.

I started out with just a duffle bag, then got a tad tired of digging trying to find one figure. So I got those large zip lock storage bags, and made a bag for each team. Makes team building much easier. Those storage bags still being packed around in the duffle of course.
Theres a thread in here somewhere if you would like to see how others store their figures. There are some pretty sweet bags and things.

...Have you ever seen one of those human pyramids? Would you want to be on the top of the pyramid...or the bottom. Obviously being on the bottom causes more weight to be on you, likewise if enough figures are stored on top of one another, the ones on the bottom may get damaged. The two best solutions for you are as follows 1. store them differently. 2. make sure the Wookiees are on the bottom. Either method should keep you from losing any desirable figures -Radar

I store all mine in a big Star Wars popcorn tin, the kind that hold 3 different kinds of popcorn, I have each in their own ziplock baggie with out their missles in so the spring won't be thingyed all the time. I place each missle in the baggie with the figure it belongs to though. I've not had any deformed or damaged ones yet. I figure the air trapped in within each baggie will add enough cushion that actually none "should" get damaged.
