|sf>I don't know how much of this entry can be believed (I certainly don't believe their claim that they have them in stock.), but it claims that the second series of Attacktix will be Cybertron related. It doesn't show a picture, but the UPC number that's listed is different from series one. link My other "surprise" about this entry is that their price per booster has gone up to $6.99! I hope Target doesn't follow this trend. On the plus side, however, it's the first evidence I've seen (other than the five figures previewed at Botcon) that Transformers should have a series two this year.

Hopefully $6.99 is a mistake. With TF S1, most of the Target's had them priced at $4.99, but one had them at $7.99! (despite the shelf still saying $4.99). I still got some anyways, but when I got home I called Target's customer service # and they asked me for the UPC of the item, so I told them and they said $7.99 IS the correct price! I'm glad this information turned out to be wrong.
Either way, for complaining to them , they sent me several $3 off coupons for my troubles, which made up for that store's high pricing!

I think that they're going to convert back to a 3-per-booster distibution scheme again, but with the fancy unopenable plastic of S1 Transformers and S4 Star Wars. The pricing seems to be like it was for S1-S3 Star Wars boosters, since they were in cardboard "Toblerone-style" boxes.

The "three tier" system makes it much harder to get a complete set, especially since we'll have three lines of Attacktix by that time. In fact, if Hasbro returns to a "three tier" system, I likely won't buy any of the Star Wars or Marvel figures that time around, because I'll be spending my resources on trying to hunt for a complete Transformers set. (I'll have to trade for some of them instead.) I'm honestly hoping that TRU marked the entry up in price in an attempt to discourage people to "preorder" the figures on their web page.

Marvel Series 1 is one hundred percent 2-packs, and I don' t think Hasbro is going to stray from the formula anytime in the future.
I think that whole listing is just wrong really, as the TRU website is pretty new and has lots of blips anyway (plus, we haven't seen this pre-order on any other site, suggesting that Hasbro has not even solicited them yet).
