Nope; as far as I know, he's not yet been released, despite being listed on the TF S1 checklist.

|sf>I posted this in the Botcon thread of the conventions board. Botcon had figures on display and some of us read the specials for Strongarm and Galvatron.
Galvatron has the same special as Starscream. It returns a Decepticon back to play. It costs 30 points, is a Leader figure, and has a movement of 4.
BTW, Strongarm's stats are as follows: Strongarm, 20 points, movement 10, Warrior
Special: Stand-up Strongarm if you have a leader in play
I suppose it's possible that the base on the Galvatron figure wasn't complete, but the Strongarm one clearly looks to be the final special power.
