So, I went through my QSG finally and I think I found two unreleased figures (then again, I've been wrong before).
On page 2, there is second half of a diagram that explains what happens in a turn. Step 5 is attack and in step 5 there is a picture of a character swinging an axe.
On page 6 there is a diagram of how to set up figures on the starting line. The character in the bottom right hand corner has what appears to be a cross bow turned sideways.
I don't believe that I've ever seen these figures before.

the first one is of a transformer called Strongarm, and the second one is called Arcee. They're both prototypes

The one with an axe is Strongarm, the one with a bow is Arcee. And if you look on the 7th page, where they go over special attacks, you will see a scorponok with a different paint job. Some have suggested that this may be dark scorponok. Is that is dark scorponok I really hope that they put "dark scorponok" on the name label. Dark scorponok is a much different beast than his previous scorponok form. "How is that malform? What makes the dark scorponok so different?" Look here if you are interested. Dark scorponok is basically a zombie, a living dead transformer that strikes fear into the spark of autobots and decepticons alike. Where as the former "living" scorponok was a faithful decepticon (as faithful as most decepticons are anyway). the first one is of a transformer called Strongarm, and the second one is called Arcee. They're both prototypes This is only partly true. strongarm and arcee both appeared at conventions along side all the rest of the series 1 transformers. The general idea is that they were designed to be released in series 1, but for one reason or another were shelved. Now we will just have to wait and see if they get released as part of series 2.

Dark Scorponok? Yes, I do believe that makes 3 new figures, the new paint job is a 40 point Warrior as opposed to a 30 point captain.
Strongarm has an axe
Arcee has a crossbow
Dark Scorponok is darker than the other version.
and finally Galvatron is supposed to come out...with the Battle case according to the QSG.
So, that's 4 figures not yet released. Exciting.
