Is this guys arms supposed to be real loose? Or is his "claw" arm supposed to be spring loaded?
I won a scorp off of ebay and opened the sealed package and both the arms were loose.
Any help would be apprecated.

You're supposed to grab the arm and fling said enemies with it, manually. I know, that sucks....that's why I got rid of my TFs.

Sure I don't have Scorponok, but Omega Supreme has the same attack, and I use Omega to throw figures across the room. Its a blast. I've heard people who have one say that Scorponok can throw things across the room as well, so for me, I can't wait until I get one. Too Powerful??? Get your own and abuse them I say!

Yeah you gotta agree with thecasualoblivion, it's practically cheating because you can use all your force when attacking with Scorponok.

And you have to move in very close to get your "scoop attack" making him a bit risky. I think he's a really fun figure. It's refreshing to have a different attack in the set.

The tossing of enemies, dut to the angle of deflection, can stink because as satisfying as it is to toss the enemy off the table, it's FAR more satisfying to toss them into a formation and kill several.. I've found it to be more effective to turn the Scorp around and use the rear of his scoop-thingie to STRIKE the guys, which launches them horizontally rather than vertically/diagonally.
