Particularly in series 4, Star Wars Attacktix has a number of useful figures for Transformers teams:
#11 Darth Vader--Fantastic striker that recovers with anything in play(Transformers). Better than anything the Transformers have striker wise. #12 Han Solo #13 Luke Skywalker #15 IG-88 #16 Grand Moff Tarkin--this is simply a great figure, with great stats at 20pts, large base, large missle, six speed, and a special power that KILLS SUPER OPTIMUS PRIME DEAD! #19 Chewbacca #20 Han Solo #22 Greedo--useful just for what he is, a great shooter for 10pts.
Also from previous series:
Series 1: #16 Darth Vader #23 Agen Kolar #30 Yoda #31 Obi Wan #32 Darth Vader
Series 2: #1 Jedi Knight--again, just useful for what it is #13 Bossk #19 Destroyer Droid--Rodimus anyone? #24 General Grievous #27 Kit Fisto #30 Boba Fett #38 Obi Wan--good old Obi-Wan does just as well with TF troopers.
Series 3: (not as good as 1,2, or 4 for crossovers) #33 Captain Antilles
In particular, Star Wars has a lot of strikers and large missle users who work well with Transformers and are generally better than what Transformers have themselves.
On the other hand, Transformers have a few figures useful to Star Wars:
#5 Rodimus--Recruiting Destroyer Droids! #10 Excellion--Great Shooter that can eat troopers to stay alive. Better success rate than Mace Windu SVT Gold Based Optimus Prime--Hardest figure to knock down in all of Attacktix, and his recovery power just requires any figure to be in play.
The Transforming Transformers: Super Optimus Prime, Megatron, and Skyblast could also be useful in theory.

Saber Grievous' special power requires another Droid Army figure in play, so unless you plan on using the Destroyer Droid too Saber Grievous isn't the best addition to your team (though is is an awesome figure non-the-less)

I'm just going by the figure list at joeattacktix. According to that, Saber Grievous's power is listed as Vengance--Warrior.
Doesn't say anything about having a Droid Army figure in play, but I'm just going by what those lists say. Others could be wrong as well.
