Two questions on the Transform power:
1. Where does the transformed figure come into play? At the start or where the first mode fell?
2. Does the defeated figure go to the dead pile or the reserves? In theory, the figure transforms instead of being defeated, and I haven't really read a rule that disputes this. With the low success rate of Transform on the robot mode, this doesn't seem unbalanced either.

It is the general consensus that the defeated figure that triggered the transform special would be moved to the defeated pile. This conclusions is based off older figures that have similar specials that would call a figure in from backups. The figure brought in would enter the game at the point the other figure left (most of the time where the figure fell), and the original figure would be placed in the defeated pile.
