Check out these high quality screen grabs. They show the finished (*see below) Shaak Ti killing and Yoda on Dagobah!! www.aintitcool.com/display.cgi?id=21422* One of the strange things about Star Wars "Deleted Scenes" is that this Shaak Ti scene, for example, was a barely finished animatic (check some images here attacktix.proboards22.com/index.cgi?board=E3&action=display&thread=1119371282) that wasn't completed before the idea was cut from the movie. Now for the DVD they go back and clean it up, add special effects and movie level computer work. I just find it odd (but cool for us fans) that they put all of this work into something that was never in the movie and call it a deleted scene. It wasn't deleted from the movie, it never existed at the time of the movies release!! Don't get me wrong, these scenes are cool, it's just the way that Lucasfilm works it that's odd. Perhaps George is such a prefectionist that he doesn't even want his editing room scraps to look anything less than theater quality. (and yes, I know that with digital editing there are no 'editing room scraps')

Unfortunately we'll all line up and consume. Then several years later, we'll all line up and consume again. It's the life of a Star Wars fan. A hard life, but enjoyable nonetheless.

it's the life of any movie collector, ever notice the way they come out with new movies much quicker just to rerelease it six months later in a "special edition"

do u guys know about the dancing yoda on the ep. 3 disc? Oh ya, that is awesome! If you want to see a hip-hop dancing Yoda, get out your Ep III DVD and pop disc one into the dvd player. Once you get to the main menu, go to options. On the options page there is a THX icon; highlight it. Now press 11 ENTER, 3 ENTER, 8 ENTER. There you go!
