I was lookin g at the site and saw a section for it...Is there hope? Any idea when SOON at hasbro is?

Unfortunately, that section's been "Coming Soon" for months. There was some talk at SDCC that official tournament rules would be forthcoming after the release of Series 2 (if I recall the posts correctly), but I've learned not to put all that much stock in Hasbro's chronologies.
We'll be sure to post as soon as there's an update!
