This event happened during a 5 player match. We have made accommodations for having multiple players when it comes to specials in which they effect everyone. ((per say if you can remove an opponents warrior, that warrior can be from any team, not just from the team that killed the figure)) The situation we are reviewing was a result from C3-PO. if white, players may not attack any rebels on their next turn. This applies to all teams in our big games. So during this time of safely for the rebel team, a shot was taken at a different team, the shot missed, flew 5 feet across the table and knocked down a rebel, but with no one being able to attack any rebels on that turn, should the kill count and remove the rebel since it wasn't an intentional attack on a rebel? The ruling on the field was that the rebels are safe during that round and so we simply stood him back up, this way we can avoid any "accidentally on purpose" attacks on rebels when they can not be attacked.
Any other experts want to share there opinion? We really appreciate having others pros we can bounce ideas off of and get help from. I've been playing since the beginning of attacktix, but the majority of the people I play with have played less than a year and it's nice for them to know that I'm not just making calls to benefit me.

We've talked about this before, and the spirit of Evade is that those figures can't be defeated - even unintentionally. So you were correct, just stand the Rebel back up where he was before.
