I feel in a way it doesn't matter because if you tix and you stop you have a full one for your next turn, but if you tix and keep going your next turn will be short stepped....

Phoenix's point is true; you have to be strategic about when you want to go for that extra half-Tix or so If you go too early, you'll have just wasted it (and made yourself easier for your opponent to waste, as well!); if you go too late, you'll leave yourself exposed...and again, get wasted before you can attack well!

Ok, than use that little extra half tix when you need too or don't use it when you don't want to, there ;D.
Forgot to add, when you play just make the rules clear if you can do a little extra half tix or not, than everyone should be happy...maybe.

I thought this had been resolved already...tournament rules allow that you may move that may tix and keep going until just before you tix again. Realistically, this matters little as your next turn you will click with just a slight movement. As for not being clear whether the disc is white or black, simply check the top, see where your red/black is located and that will help clarify which color you are on. -Radar
