What is it sopposed to be of?
For the longest time as a child I though it was an orange elephant but now I'm wondering if its a Tusk-Cat or Kyraat Dragon or some other animal (as Elephants aren't SW canon). Anybody know what it actually is sopposed to be (If you don't know what I'm talking about, for one: shame on you for playing SW Attacktix and not knowing, and two: check the Toyfair pics, look at Lando"Dengar.).

According to wikipedia, it is a "Mythosaur Skull".

To upstage malform a bit...
Mythosaurs were city-sized beasts native to the planet Mandalore. They were all eventually killed off by Mandalore the First and the other Mandalorians. How the heck it ended up as the Mandalorian symbol, I don't know...

Well, an interesting question. In the 2nd book from the Boba Fett series (I'll check for the title and post it later) Durge (a bounty hunter who is determined to hunt down the mandalorians) had the symbol on his chest and it was simply referred to as a "Mandalorian skull". Maybe it helps, maybe it doesn't.

its also the symbol of the "Fringe category" of star wars miniatures. maybe its becuase its a random sign that shows toughness and individuality, becuase none of the bounty hunters work together as a team, they just have been labeled as a bounty hunter faction.

Hmm.. Well Boba uses the symbol on his shoulder. Maybe its a symbol for a bounty hunter organization.

I don't think so, bounty hunters rarely work together and these "alliances" usually end in betrayal.

Actually, I've always found the bounty hunter symbol in Attacktix to be inaccurate. A credit logo would be a bit more appropriate, in my opinion...
