This could be spoiler-ish gang, you were warned...
What Attacktix were not in Episode 3?
First, and most obvious- Shaaki Ti. She's a great Jedi and I would've loved to see her slicing it up in the movie. Perhaps George is saving her for something... a television show perhaps (I know she dies in the book and video games, but if it doesn't happen on the big screen is doesn't happen!)
Second- V Wing Pilot. Not as much of a big deal. I saw the V Wings but no pilots. That is just another example of the George movie making style- Spend alot of time and money designing and creating something then cut it out of the movie.
We don't have the figure yet, but I didn't see any Utapauan Warriors. It's possible they were a 'blink and you miss them' character but, how can anybody be a warrior if I don't see them doing any warring?
And now for Attacktix who don't look like their movie counterparts...
Commander Gree. He's not grey with blue stripes. He is grey with lots of cool green and green camo.
Commander Bly. He is not white & red. He is white & yellow.
You could make cases for the Clone Sergeant, Clone Commander & Clone Lieutenant. In Episode 2 they used color to show clone rank, but in Episode 3 they used color and design to show squads. Now there might have been a Clone Lieutenant with blue on his armor or a Sergeant that had some green, & Commanders with red but there were also Lieutenants, Commanders & Sergeants with orange, yellow, grey, maroon, etc. In the long run not a big deal.
Here's a link from a Rebelscum.com post. It attempts to show all of the different clones in the flic. If anybody has any images not shown I'm sure the author would love to have them.

Any other figures missing out on the Episode 3 action?
