'Legal' Use of Gunship?

No bombing or tossing figures w/ gunship.

I have another question actually. I know you are supposed to move first and then attack. SOme youtube videos I have seen show people transporting a figure w/ the gunship then moving the transported figure. It would seem to me that once you transport a figure you are in the attack phase of your turn and no figures may be moved after this. Is that correct?

Yes, that is correct... As an attack you may use the gunship to launch the projectile, transport a figure, or both.... So if one is transporting, they are already past their movement phase.
