Thank you. I think we are going to see another Vader. A Hoth Vader would be appropriate. How about a Hoth Han and Chewie? That would be really cool. I'd be very suprised if we didn't see these figures in one (of the hopefully two) starter(s)

The best part of this Luke to me is his 20 point value. He's a substantial enough figure to warrant being packed in with a Mega, yet as a striker with what looks to be a fairly good sculpt (though I do worry a bit about the way his saber slopes down) he's still not an astronomical point value that would prevent him from being used in regular games. I wonder what his special power might be! And I love those ice pillars for targets. I must get one of these, if for no other reason than to see how to take it down in one strike Great find, greyelephant!

An idea just hit me upside the head. As others have said, we're missing out on Hoth Rebels in the boosters so far. Also, it is unsure if the Ghost Yoda is the same one that Webhead said he really enjoyed working on. If there are going to be two starters, I believe they'd be as follows.
Hoth Starter Hoth Han, Hoth Chewie (easy repaint if they wanted, just speckle on some white), Probe Droid, General Veers/Heavy Snowtrooper/Hoth Darth Vader
The idea for this one hit me when someone brought up Han and Chewie in one post while someone else mentioned the Probe Droid. I'm not sure on the third figure, I'd personally want a Heavy Snowtrooper with one of the massive turrets you see them trying to set up in the films.
Luke vs. Vader Starter Cloud City Luke (striker), Force Push OR Effect Yoda, Darth Vader, Imperial Boba Fett/Heavy Stormtrooper/Luke as Darth Vader/Emperor Hologram (effect or repaint)
With the way Yoda looks, he doesn't fit the bill of a "favorite figure to work on". That's why I believe there will be an effect Yoda (then again, they could always have put his effect on his log...). Other than that, we almost certainly need to see a couple figures to replicate the Cloud City duel and Luke vs. Vader fits that. Like the Hoth set, however, I'm not sure who the fourth figure should be. I personally would want either an Imperial Boba or Luke as Vader but that's the one that's up in the air.
Another possibility, considering the inclusion of so many Jedi as well as the odd Battle Droid...
Phantom Menace Young Obi-Wan Kenobi, Queen Amidala, Darth Maul, Probe Droid/Battle Droid/Nute Gunray
The first three are locked in but, once again, I'm not sure about the final figure. Nute Gunray could be an interesting figure if he was given something like "Rescue: Droid Army, Separtist, Sith" to show how he's worked for all three as well as working off his cowardly nature.

I like these ideas; I'll comment on them in turn: Hoth StarterHoth Han, Hoth Chewie (easy repaint if they wanted, just speckle on some white), Probe Droid, General Veers/Heavy Snowtrooper/Hoth Darth Vader The idea for this one hit me when someone brought up Han and Chewie in one post while someone else mentioned the Probe Droid. I'm not sure on the third figure, I'd personally want a Heavy Snowtrooper with one of the massive turrets you see them trying to set up in the films. Oh, now that would rock. I wonder if that Vader would be a Force blaster (maybe a retool of S3 booster Vader). Then again, I'd kinda like to see General Veers; maybe they'd include him instead of a probe droid? Now that we know Hoth Luke will be coming out with the Mega, these proposed Rebels would round out a Hoth-based set nicely. Oh...my...goodness. If that ends up being the starter, I'll squeal like a schoolgirl in utter glee. Well, assuming that the strikers are sufficiently powered - though I suspect they'd reuse Starter 3 Vader for this one. This would also get the hinted-at Yoda in the set, and he'd have to have at least an effect to be that Yoda. I'm don't think we've seen an effects figure yet in a starter, so this would be a nice twist. Given the proclivity Hasbro seems to have for Boba in the past 3 series, he seems like a reasonable bet for the fourth figure, though they might shy away from tossing him in a second consecutive starter. Hmm...and if they included Nute Gunray in the Droid Army faction, it wouldn't be a faction of one figure in this series. I think Nute would be the strongest candidate of those three. The fact that we have Qui-Gon without a young Obi-Wan so far seems somewhat suspicious, so I like the idea of having him there. The Darth Maul could be a retool of S2 Maul, which I'm sure we wouldn't mind seeing! The big question about this possible set: would the Queen be all dolled up in her spiffy robes, or would she be a retool featuring Padme's head, at least?

I really can't see why he would be constituted as a Bounty Hunter. Doesn't make sense for Lando. This could open the door for multi-faction figures, like have him count as both Rebel and Empire, or Rebel and Bounty Hunter, etc. Could be a nice twist?

I wonder if Wampa's base will stay white... or if that is an early proto... like the white based GR Megas we saw.

Maybe it's a chrome base and their camera has a strong flash... JK, I wonder the same thing. The Wampa looks impressive, though; I'm excited to see him come out! Huge, too; he seems bigger than the Republic Gunship... I think it might make the game too confusing. Besides, I think Lando should really be a Rebel... sure, he betrayed Han and the others, he was a gambler, etc, but he turns around by the end of Ep VI. Ep VI? Hmm, maybe that's why he's a bounty hunter, since this series seems to be Ep V: ESB figures...

Hasbro is notorious for not having the proper projectiles loaded into the launchers when they hsoot their promotional Attacktix pictures. Thus, I'm guessing that Kit and Emperor will actually be Force blasters, and that at least some of the Bounty Hunters will have large missiles (for example, all of the promo pictures of the Han Solo mold in S2 had him with a small missile, but that same mold has sported a large missile for the past three series). Because Hasbro hasn't released any lame 30-pointer-with-small-missiles since S2, I'd bet that any 30 point figure or above that has a small missile will actually have a medium one. I'm happy now.

Hey, I just noticed the Hoth Luke with the Mega is a 20-pointer. I love 20-pointers because their attacks are often just as good or even better than a lot of 30-pointers. They're not just cheap firepower like 10-pointers; they actually have something decent to bring to the board. They're not expensive, either, you can squeeze five of them in a team, and I often do. Plus, there's just a lot of selection. Hasbro's made tons of cool 20-pointers from Red Guards to the good old S4 Starter Han.

Why not make it Young Obi/Padme V.S. Destroyer Droid and Maul. Now that my freind, is the best starter ever. As for the Hoth one, perhaps Hoth Leia/Han V.S. Hoth Vader/Heavy Snowtrooper (just a normal Snowtrooper on a bigger base with bigger missile).

AWESOME! I think that the Wampa Mega is a Perfect fit for Attacktix with his swipe action. To bundle him with a solid striker luke in hoth uniform to go with several of the other EP 2 figures is brillant. I LOVE the idea and think that it is a natural.
The issue that we find with most of the vehicle megas is scale and this one works out perfectly with his size and his attack. I already LOVE it!
I agree we could get some HOTH rebels in the starter especially Han and Leia.
Great find and I can't wait to try him out.
