I love that battle droid! R5-D4 looks cool, and theres a Qui-Gon Jinn! Yay! Im not too thrilled about the plo-koon head on a jedi knight body, and fistos head on a force balst mace body. And why in the heck cant they get thte right missiles in the right guys when they take pics? *Edit* I wanted to note that I am VERY pleased that hasbro is releasing "sneekpeeks" like this... Perhaps its a small sign that they are getting on the ball a bit more? Maybe they will start having more site updates?

How is this freaking awesome? Let me count the ways.
Hoth figures! Finally the trio of in-movie Imperial troopers is complete!
Bounty Hunters! They finally get a striker! And a Rally-er! And a... Lando Calrissian? Big old WTF there. Probably a misprint.
Jawas, Droid Army and Rebels both get new figures. We finally get a non-in-disguise shooter Luke! And Red Leader could be interesting. The droid seems really out of place in this set, however.
But the greatest of all, The Return of the Jedi! Literally! While they're mostly re-dos (Yoda has been painted to be a ghost, Plo Koon has his head on a Jedi Knight, same with Fisto on Force Blast Mace Windu) and have odd points and powers, at least they're back!
Also interesting are the powers "Retreat" and "Strikeback". The question is how these differ from Charge and Attackback. I'd assume Strikeback is Shootback but with strikers, however, do you get the move along with it? Or perhaps they're playing off "The Empire Strikes Back"? Retreat seems odd. Perhaps "Move all [BLANK] to your/your opponent's starting line"?
The only downsides I see in this entire set are Palpatine being the only new Imperial figure, no Vader, and odd point costs. Thirty points for a Jedi Knight resculpt? A 40 Point figure with a power that may just be Shootback for strikers? A 40 point figure with charge?!?! Hopefully these are just random weirdness like the Marvel listing that had SS Wolverine with Rescue/Recover (can't remember) and Pole-Swing Spidey with Clone.

I agree that I am syched about the Bounty Hunters and Hoth. I am dissapointed that they rehashed Yoda. I was expecting a Force Blast Yoda. Charge for 40 points is ridiculous and if Plo is 30 points for a small base, just forget about it.

Ghost Yoda?? How SWEET is that. I have got to get me some of these. And the Bounty Hunters are there in big way. But looks like only R5 has an effect and whats with Qui's blue saber. And what good is evade for a fraction that almost doesn't exist in this series? Over all a nice series though.

First of all, COOOOL! WAY COOL! I CAN'T WAIT! But I digress. If the have odd factions Like Jawa and droid army maybe that means hasbro will be putting out a few starter sets just like marvel did and those factions will be feature in them. How cool would a all Driod army starter be. Or a jedi starter or even a Jawa/Tusken starter. Maybe they will reissue the Jabba maga to go with all the bounty hunters.

Colt 45 works everytime!
I'm very excited about this series... I was just thinking the other day how neat it would be to have an R5-D4... I like that he is with the Jawas, although I'm sure it'll be odd for many.
I figured if they ever had a Gamorrean Guard that they would put him in the Bounty Hunters, guess that makes the most sense.
Horray for finally having Qui-Gon and Lando!!!!

greyelephant, you never know he could be a force blast Yoda, they have pictured old figures (series 4 boba, Han) in this kind of situation. Here's to hoping he is, I'm curious why he'd be painted like a ghost jedi, interesting.

I'd like to add that it's nice to have a Luke with a blaster again who's not in Stormtrooper armor. I always associate the early Luke with blasters since he never actually uses the blue saber in the first film, and he uses it in ESB also (or at least he draws it a lot). I would have preferred to see Luke in his Bespin fatigues instead of the ceremonial getup, but oh well...

I'm loving all the bounty hunters. However I don't know if I'm alone here I'm glad to see thier done just aimlessly rehashing old figures to death like no Fett or Vader. Good, those spots are much more suited for needed pieces like Landoo hopefully this is a sign of things to come. In a story with as much depth as Star Wars I thought it was a flaw to have half the set be rereleases. save the yoda if he dosen't change between now and release date all these pieces have at least a really fresh perspectiv if not completly new figures. I would of liked a neak peak at the starters and megas thou to see how their going to round out a set that seems slightly scatered, but I supose that's to much this soon{br]Also ha any one heared will Yoda still be an effect figure or not.

Series 4 was all classic trilogy figs, so I was able to buy nothing but them - this series will force me to integrate some of the PT figs I'm sure unless by magic I get nothing but original trilogy figures. To me the Plo Koon is kind of cool because I missed the original one and I like Koon...and I'm glad to see that droid too cause I missed Artoo and the other astromech they made. This will spice up my collection a bit. I NEED that Lando and Emperor and Gammorean soon, though!
btw, kudos on them making Ponda a 10 point bounty hunter. One more to add to the ranks besides Greedo. Is it just me, or is half this collection bounty hunters this time? I'm glad the gammorrean is one of them too, though. Little weird to see the Lando fig there with the bounty hunter symbol...lol I am curious to know why they chose not to make a young Obi in this series. With the battle droid and the Qui-Gon, he would have gone perfectly. They could have held off on making a second Kit Fisto maybe. Oh, well...
