I don't know how many people still follow this board, but if any one can help me I have a problem with my Hulk figure. His spring is to week to throw his barrel without power throwing. I think the arms are on too tight. Is WD-40 a good idea, or will this damage this particular attack action?

WD-40 is definitely a good idea; it almost certainly won't break the figure (worst case scenario you'll miss and have a greasy Hulk for a few weeks).
