Haven't been on this forum in so long. Wow, some old-timers still post! Attacktixman, are you making these figures?? If you are, they are awesome!

Oh my no, these are basically production originals, one or two will have added labels, but we're pretty happy to have essentially a complete set.

Kits lookin' a bit odd with his head slapped on Maces body - still didn't stop me from grabbing one off of ebay. He should be waiting for me at my local post office (got a delivery slip from Hong Kong in my mailbox yesterday.)
I've also managed to acquire:
a handful of Hoth Soldiers a Snow Trooper or two a Battle Droid Red Leader Luke Skywalker Emperor Qui Gon Jinn
(also grabbed a Gamorean, Hoth & Snowtrooper protos like 6 months ago)
I love that these are finally showing up. It's like a long forgotten dream come true.

How does your Qui Gon strike? Mine's a bit weak.

Hey attacktixman, How does your Qui Gon strike? Mine's a bit weak. Ya, ours is a bit weak too. The old WD40 trick helped quite a bit, but still strikes a bit on the weak side. I really wonder what took the Chinese/Hong Kong "suppliers" so long to start releasing these for sale. Also makes me wonder how much production ready pieces were actually completed. We received some literally in the same clear bags they used to come out of the booster packs. Oh, well, can you believe its like 5 years later?

One of my Hoth Soldiers came in the traditional booster plastic bag, taped and everything. Perhaps there is some kind of "fell of the truck" code of honor - or perhaps the statute of limitations has expired

The Blue Sabered Qui-Gons are Weaker than the Green, I've not really got a clue to why, other than the distance in the production. On the Why is this happening now. As best I understood from one of the overseas folks, that places were getting rid of old stock because it was unlikely anything was ever to come out.
