Today, as I have just said it in the "It came from Ebay" post, I show you my small treasures. I stopped painting 7 prototypes bought in April: Cyclops, Jean Grey, Nightcrawler, Iron man, Hawkeye, Human torch and Kingpin. I won another bid these days this and soon I shall show you Mr Fantastic, Bullseye and Scorpion ^^ (I lost the Storm's bid) I also modified 3 Attacktix figures to create the other heroes (Spiderman in black suit, Wolverine in orange suit and Moon Knight ^^) Saddened for labels in French but them are the names of the heroes in France. I hope that you will find them good. My son and I loves superheroes and Attacktix, then jumped at the opportunity. I used some acrylic paint and some varnish to protect. The powers (label custom also): - Cyclops: recruit (X-man) - Jean Grey: evade (X-man) - Nightcrawler: infiltrate - Iron man: recruit (Avengers) - Hawkeye: shootback (Avengers launcher) - Human Torch: attackback (FF) - Kingpin: recover In post show your customs, I soon plan to copy the Iceberg custom, DrDoom custom whom I find amazing. I also plan to make a Susan Storm custom with the Mystic body... For the power of Bullseye: I invented one that I shall explain later: pistolero Enjoy ^^ (sorry for my english)

Your English is just fine my friend. As I stated in the ebay thread. Those look amazing! You did a great job. The detail on the paint scheme is very impressive. I wish Marvel would've made it to the shelves. I wanted more X-Men more than anything else. I look towards seeing more of your customs.

Just awesome work, some of the best paint jobs I've seen!!!
Funny, great minds think alike: I've got a Wolverine that was broken and somehow when I tried to fix it, it strikes with a back hand motion, completely opposite. One day, he'll get a brown and orange finish too with a little twist for the head. (mutton chops, anyone)?
Nice conversion of the Jedi Knight. I've also got a scheme cooked up for Moon Knight. Mine will be totally different though.
Can't wait to see your Invisible Woman. The FF wouldn't be complete without her!

As promised, the next wave of my new figures is here. The last ones X-mens : Storm & Iceberg, two vilains : Bullseye & Scorpion, the last couple of Fantastic Four : Red Richards & Susan Storm ^^ I just painted my last 4 prototypes of the wave 2 and made two customs for Iceberg & Susan. I hope that they are going to please you ! The Powers: - Storm : shootback (x-men) - Iceberg : stun (ennemy warriors) - Scorpion : stun (ennemy trooper) - Invisible woman : rescue and "invisible" effect : You can't attack Susan if she did not attack (only 2 rounds) - Mr Fantastic : Rally (FF) - Bullseye : "pistolero" : Before putting this figure in your defeated aera, stand up and make it attack last time How all find you it ? Enjoy

The arm mechanism is like Wolverine's fang / Skyblast's spear : a "prodder" mechanism

Unbelievably fantastic work!!! Two of our Mr. Fantastic's prodder hand didn't work. I think that's whats being asked, does yours work?
Please share details on your dry brushing techniques especially on Ice Man and Storm's base. Really, really awesome. I know how hard it is to paint these prototypes, so hats off to you!
Invisible Woman really completes the FF. Mystique's head with face painted flesh and hair blonde looks even better than I thought it would. How does she balance with the blaster arm???
If you didn't live overseas, I'd seriously consider asking you if you'd paint our prototypes for a fee since I'm just too busy for the foreseeable future.
Once again, truly awesome stuff!

Thank you very much for your compliments, it really pleases me. It is true that I am very satisfied to have all the figurines of serie 2 (except Nick Fury and Shield Agent who did not tempt to me during the sale). FF adds a new homogeneous faction ^^ Yours Red Richards' figures come where from ? All my series 2 comes from the same seller "Dreamcab", I was maybe lucky. It says my trunks of Kingpin and Scorpion have not enough strength in the spring. These prototypes have me rather expensive, I do not wish to resell them, nor to offer my service in painting. The dry brushing technic is known by the "Warhammer players" and the other one Game Workshop's games, you can find her on any site of painting figurines, as the Warhammer 40K forum. Still thank you for your comments. Another comments of any members are welcome Bye.

Ours came from Dreamcab, two out of three Mr. Fantastics did not work.
Thanks for where to find the drybrush technique tips. Warhammer, huh?
When I do an Invisible Woman, I'll follow your recipe.
Try this on Kingpin and Scorpion: spray a decent amount of WD-40 (spray lubricant) between the upper and lower half seam. then try pulling back and releasing several times. Careful, WD-40 may mar your paint jobs, so spray just enough and immediately wipe off any excess. If this does not work, you may wish to put in new striker mechs.
