Just say the word... Do buyers this round get preference in any subsequent purchases? Are there going to be subsequent purchases? Would that be production stuff then?

Yes There will hopefully be at least 2 more go rounds And Yes those that help climb the first mountain get first dibs or maybe only dibs on the next batches.

I am excited to see what you are able to come up with butterscotch! I know I won't be "first in line", but am very interested in any production SW5 and M2 that wasn't in the starter sets (as everyone else will be too no doubt!).

I think I've decided that If one doesn't participate in the test shot purchase, one will not be allowed to purchase any production items in the next round. That they will be privately sold to collectors of that property, with the others going to eBay.

For some reason my PMs hate me and wont send
Label Guy:
None of the Venoms are Red. Is some whiteish ones (anti-venom)
Both "label guy" and "Orange shorts" mentioned the same figures so I'm not sure how to handle that. Its likely Label Guy would get the nod due to qty and because he is label guy.
I will say I'm maybe slightly disappointed in once I say "if you dont play now, you cant play later" resulting in some more people stepping up.
I guess at this point I should be glad for as many people stepping up to help foot the over 800 dollar bill. But It gives me a dilemma for the production items, once they are secured. There may not be enough to go around, and some people will call for my head if they do not get their fair amount (in their opinion).
There was three people that said "OOOOOHHH I WANT IN!" before anything about anything else was brought up other than the Test shots.
But anyway to the update.
I've put some funds into the new paypal name I made for this that is a personal account so there is no fees when I get the funds transferred. So If you are paying, it will need from paypal balance, a bank account transfer, or paypal gift card.
I'll be getting the invoices sent out this week to the 2 big players in this. I'm still trying to figure out how to handle the two guys wanting the same stuff.
Take care guys
I look forward to seeing either some posts or pms.

I can understand your dissappointment, but you had to expect more people (like me) showing up after your post about only selling production figures to those who bought the pre-production (and then eBay). However, I can understand your position - you are doing everyone a favor and have put a lot of money into this. Since "label guy" has already bought from you before it sounds like, I'll bow out to him on the pre-production figures since we picked the same ones. If you have any production figures left over to put to eBay, I'll definitely be interested!

I can say I was really hoping that maybe some of the folks here would be interesting in getting a single Test shot, just so they can have "another piece of the Attacktix history" At this point the funds at still a little low on meeting the goal.
Hmmm Maybe a Raffle?
People can buy a single Test shot (or more) to get their name in the hat to get some really neat awesome item.
Is it possible some more people could come through and purchase a figure or two, and help the cause?

I wish that I could help, but at this point I've no interest in spending anything on Attacktix unless they were officially to ever relaunch. I wish you the best.

Well that is surely your option. I do wish more folks would be interested, but I can't make up demand that isn't there. My source has had these since they were made, and If I could have got ahold of him back then, the price would have been high, but maybe there would have been more interest..
To a degree this was both a success and failure. Success in that 3 people are going to purchase almost enough. I believe as of last count the three of us were combined going in for 540. Which is close... I'm going to touch base with those two other guys, and also maybe add another few to my list.
I'd really like a bit more help from others, we'll cross the production bridge when it happens. But for now I'll be glad to get any sort of funds into this thing. Just need to sale another 25 figures!
If anyone else wants in, I'm also willing to donate other items to sell to help raise these last few funds. I have Gi Joes, transformers, Movie Tickets, Fandango Bucks, Video Games, Dvds. Message me if you think you can help, or want to help, I think my pm'ing is fixed.

I'm ...kind of interested in some Marvel 2 figures but I have no desire to buy other test shots. Plus, I'm not even sure what you are charging for the figures.
You might consider putting some test shots on eBay and seeing what happens, especially those unsold Marvel series 2. People are likely going to want some of those.

All figures are 10 dollars shipped. I'll likely have to go the ebay route.

Are we to the point where we can buy just one, or do we still need to buy three at once?
You know....you could put one at a time up on eBay and either advertise that more are coming, or get people to this site to buy from you, or get people to "request" that you sell others on eBay. That way you wont need to try to list more than one at a time unless they are selling.
Even just putting a Marvel 2 up there may draw more people either here or to want more information on how to buy more. People still look at eBay for Attacktix (people still bid) If you have someting that no one else is selling, people will click on it. Just my 2 cents.
Anyway.... can I buy just one figure?

I changed the ratio to be 1 old and 1 new. But at this point I think if someone is to buy just one or two say marvel 2 that wont be the end of the world.
