hey y'all!!!
i'm jeff b and live in the middle of a cornfield called central Illinois. i'm 23, married, and have an awesome 3 year old son whom i have to share my tix with, a beautiful 1 year old daughter, and 1 more princess on the way. i bought a booster more for the collectibility of the figures, but am now addicted to the game. i got my bro-in-law addicted recently and now have someone to play with. (still working on getting the lil lady to play). my fav fig so far is either yoda or big black darth vader. i'm looking forward to the game and this board!

hello everybody!
(hi doctor nick)
okay, anyway my name is henry puckett, i'm 31, married with 3 kids two boys one girl. i've seen every star wars movie in theatres opening week, i even have an original movie poster used at the local theatre when i saw star wars ep4 and i had the original set of figures from sears with the corny laminated cardboard death star playset (long gone now). i love collecting and was entirely into hotwheels (still am) but, then i saw these things and remembered how i loved playing with them as a kid but they didn't shoot or move well, gi joes were much better. now i'm hooked on attacktix, my son loves them and we play as well as he can understand for a four year old. the detail is great and the collectability is stretching my budget to my wifes chagrin. she's not a star wars fan (gasp!) my favorite figure so far is general grievous but, i can't wait till next series for boba fett my all time favorite star wars character. see you all in future threads and trades.

My name is Jason, I'm 29 and live in Maryville, MO. I've been married for seven years, have a six year old daughter, four year old son and a one year old daughter. Once I got the original trilogy on DVD, the kids started watching it and got hooked on Star Wars. Then they started playing with my 3 3/4" action figures, and now we've discovered Attacktix. In the course of three weeks I've got all but five of the characters, and we LOVE it! My wife even plays.
The kids regularly team up against me, and had quite a bit of success until I read the striker tutorial here. Now I mow them down with ease. (That's right, a grown man bragging about wiping out two kids under seven) I just got General Grievous and he is amazing. So far he's taken someone out every single time I've shot with him. But the very first game I used him, my wife got a lucky shot and picked him off from three feet away. (I was so devastated that she actually offered to let me put him back on the table)

It's always good to hear of Attacktix games being family affairs Sweeeet...I'm glad the striking tutorial has worked out for you. Just remember, kids are great at imitative learning But if Grievous is taking figures out everytime he shoots 'em, someone needs to teach your kids about figure groupings... ;D

I wasn't sure where to post this, so I'll put it here:
My kids were watching Episode 4 yesterday, and got to the scene where Chewbacca and R2 are playing that hologram chess type game. My daughter (age 6) says, "Look! They're playing Attacktix!"
