I find TRU has good stock on everything. wal-Mart had 2 boosters (1 opened) when I went there. Target has a few boosters and the Megas.

Welcome Webhead. I'm a member of HCRealms as well so, it's good to see another convert. I hope you don't catch any slack from the realms-ers for playing this 'stupid kids game with the deformed figures!'
Some of those guys can be harsh.

Agreed! Not that I've known anyone on HCRealms to be over opinionated Anyone can be skeptical about this game based on the appearance and description alone, but as I've said before, all it takes is that first shot taking out another figure before you are hooked! A very quick and simple game that can take a lifetime to master, but most importantly, that is just plain ol' FUN! I've not felt this young in 20 years

Hey!
Dennis Borchers 28 Cookeville, TN
I have a beautiful wife and 4 kids!
I took my son to the Walmart event for the Episode 3 toys and was hooked! I went and bought the starter set and a booster first. Now I'm shopping for individual figures on EBAY and playing every night with my wife and 5 year old son! I really wanted something that my son and I could do together that we would both really enjoy-and this is it! (Plus it also teaches him to add and subtract). This is a slam-dunk from Hasbro if you ask me!
My favorite attactix: Darth Vader (#16) My wife's: Shaak Ti My son's: Yoda

Yo, my name is Neil and I've just bought my first Starter and Booster. I'm heavy into Heroclix, so I thought I'd give this a try.
I'm 33, married with a 17 month old daughter who I hope to teach the game soon. I'm in Ohio, and I'm afraid that this will turn into another obsession like Clix!

I've been posting for a while without telling about me, so here goes: I'm Stephen, 26, a fifth year grad student in clinical psychology about to wrap up my dissertation and go on internship, and I'm in the Twin Cities in Minnesota. I got started on Attacktix when my wife and I were looking at the toy department in Wal-Mart because we wanted to get her friend's son a birthday gift (he was turning the big 1-0). A row of Attacktix starter sets caught my eye, but I hesitated to get them because I knew nothing about them and didn't know if they'd be fun for him. After looking around for a few more minutes, we didn't see anything better, so we got him a starter set and a booster pack. When we delivered it to him, he (of course) wanted to bust it out and start playing. I figured I'd give it a shot. Well, as is the case with so many other people, the first missile was enough to get me hooked. Here was a set of toys that solved most of the problems I had when playing with action figures with other kids as a child! You had a definite number of moves you could make at any one time, an orderly turn-based attack system, and the missiles *really* fired! That night, I ran back to Wal-Mart, giddy as a schoolboy, and bought myself a starter set and three boosters. And I found a fabulous way to spend most of my graduation money;D Now, my wife and I play every so often. And I can bring my own figures to the table when my wife's friend's son wants to play, too. Oh yeah, I'm the one in the middle:

Oh boy. I too have fallen on the Attacktix banwagon. This is a highly addicting game.

I'm a college student, and this game is brilliant. Easy enough for a young child, and fun enough for an adult. I'm slowly getting my girlfriend into it, even though she admits it's a bit dorky. I got my brother hooked, and now I've got some of my friends interested. I'm not surprised this game is becoming popular fast!

Hello,
Kevin Goldsby a 33 year programmer from Houston Texas here. I'm married and have a nine month old daughter. Trying to get the wife to play but no luck so far. Heather just wants to eat the figures so she can play with them for a few years yet.

I'm Alistair from Sussex, England. 29 year old guitar teacher with a passion for video games and all things Star Wars.
My girlfriend and I are both addicted to Attacktix at the moment, the Clone Wars Risk is also great fun and worth checking out.
Any other UK Attacktix players out there, gimme' a shout, I'm always on the look out for people to trade with.
