Star Wars S1-S4. Just completed thanks to some trades. I had to retire some of the key single figs, like Yoda, that are just too costly if they break. I totally feel your pain. Our Yoda is RARELY used in the game, and when we do use him it's so carefully that it takes the fun outta using him for fear of breakage.

Our Yoda is RARELY used in the game, and when we do use him it's so carefully that it takes the fun outta using him for fear of breakage. This is why I highly recommend playing with Yodas that have already been broken Oh, wait... At any rate, my "baseball bat" Yoda work more as a comedic piece than a good game play piece. The last time his arm ripped off, I glued it so that his strike basically "tops off" figures that he strikes, rather than providing a good, solid strike that can kill multiple formed-up figures easily. I may have to take some acetone to his shoulder and reglue him

We haven't 'retired' any of my son's play collection yet, but thankfully he seems to like to play with the newer figures as we get them rather than the older ones. I may have to go back and retire Yoda, so that he doesn't end up looking like YB's Baseball bat figure! Some of his older first figures the black on the stickers are worn off from use and his #16 Vader saber is bent like a boomerang, but it was one of his very first figures and has stood well to the test of time and MUCH use, so I would hate to retire such a tried and true Warrior. Especially since it is MY favorite figure. :-)
