This is strange, I had a vader do the same thing. Just fell apart. A little super glue and he was as good as new.

We had a General Grievous (launcher) fall apart on us. Man, that was a tough one to super glue back together. The only glue points were next to articulation points so it was a battle between letting the glue dry enough to hold it together, but not enough to lock a joint. Broke apart several times making sure the joint was free.
Fixed it, though.

In one of my games, my yodas hand came off (nothing major or actualy broken but it just unscrewed) the hand with the lightsaber flew off and knocked down a wookiee scout! Lightsaber throw ROCKS! yoda as a launcher figure? SURE! I HAVE ONE! (I superglued it bakc together so it can actualy kill something other than a badly positioned wookiee scout)

The best way to fix any striker (in my experience) is to go to this link, buy and use that material (sparingly) along the edges where the body cavity begins. SPARINGLY or his arms will never move again. Use a toothpick to dab it on. It would take Jesus personally telling it to seperate to get it apart again. www.ellsworth.com/display/productdetail.html?productid=22&Tab=ProductsIf you're used to super glue, and prefer it to a 2-part epoxy, scrape the little bits off of the 2 sides of his body, then make some cuts along the mating edges (shallow cuts) with a box-cutter or sharp x-acto and use THIS cyanoacrylate (super glue) as it is super-super-super strong: www.ellsworth.com/display/productdetail.html?productid=521&Tab=Products
