ShockerElectro is another figure I have a good number of, so when I decided to make a custom Shocker figure, that's where I turned. One of the hardest parts was finding a view of Shocker from the back so I knew what the back of his costume looked like. Removing Electro's 'lightning' mask and cutting down the face to match Shocker's plainer mask were the only physical mods and they took no time at all. Part/Paint Breakdown: All: Electro, paints used where Citadel Bad Moon Yellow, Testors Acrylics Leather and Neutral Grey. Hey quit copying me!!!!!!!!!,all though mine is made from the same fig mine is fourty points.8 days.

I need Electros, by gum. The only one I've drawn is chrome-based, and I don't like trying to kitbash with that.
---Dave, woulda gone nuts adding quilt surfacing to Shocker....

Yeah, that's why I didn't bother with the quilted look, I'm nuts enough as it is.
Need Electros, huh? How many are you looking for?

Considering that I have a few extras, I think I will... Today's update is another character from Last Knight of the Sith... Grozurra, the Wookiee. Grozurra is a leader among the Wookiee that remain imprisoned on Naboo as Imperial slaves, a position he gained after saving his fellow Wookiees when an Imperial facility they were being used to build collapsed - Grozurra was trapped by an durasteel girder while rescuing others, resulting in the injury that has permanently left the fur over the scar he recieved white. He would have possibly died there if Johus Orden had not led an Imperial rescue team in to search for other survivors, a rescue that Grozurra considers him to owe a life debt to the Sith Knight for. Even to this day, Grozurra continues to wear the cloak that Johus used to bind the Wookiee's wounds as a mark of his debt. Parts/Paint Breakdown - Head: SW(4)19 Chewbacca, painted Dark Tan and Leather. Torso: SW(3)16 Hammerhead, modified to accept the Chewie head and painted Flat Black, the skirt is from a SW(4)11 Vader (the same one that was used for Johus Orden, ironically enough...) Arms: SW(4)19 Chewie, painted Dark Tan and Leather, left arm has a slash of Neutral Grey. Gun is from a SW(3)8 Death Star Gunner. Legs: SW(4)19 Chewie, the bandolier remains were cut off and replaced with a belt from a G.I. Joe figure, both pouch and belt were painted Flat Black. Legs were pained Dark Tan and Leather with a slash of Neutral Grey. Note: It doesn't have an effect card yet, but I'm considering giving him an effect of "Life Debt - if Johus Orden is defeated, may sacrifice Grozurra to return him to play."

Perfectly understandable reason. In fact, that's actually part of the reason the character ended up looking the way he does, I had seen Wookiees with bandoliers, straps, armor, but never wearing a cloak or anything and I wondered what one would look like.

'Academy X-Universe' PyroAh, the 'Academy X' Universe, my own warped little fanfic world for X-Men Evolution. It began with a What If? story, is working it's way through "Return of An Old Friend", and it's barely begun... My plans for it, however, are a bit further ahead of my writing. Pyro started out an Institute student in the movies, in the comics he was part of Freedom Force and eventually sacrificed himself to save Senator Kelly from an assassination attempt, and in the future plans for the AXU, he'll be one of several members of the Brotherhood choose to stand with the X-Men when that group reaches its end and comes apart, it's members choosing either to fight alongside the X-Men (and their allies) or becoming part of Magneto's Acolytes. Physically, the custom came from wanting a Pyro without the legs looking like he was walking in some kind of yellow mud and evolved from there. The red and black colors came from the X-Evo version of the character, while the costume design mixed the Evolution and mainstream versions. The only part I didn't paint was the flame from the right-hand flamethrower, which adds to the figure in my opinion. Part/Paint Breakdown - Head: M17 Gambit. Chevy Engine red used for headgear, hair was a mixture of Citadel Bad Moon Yellow and Testors Light Grey. Torso: M05 Pyro. Armor painted Flat Black, uniform painted Chevy Engine Red, tubes for the flamethrowers were painted Neutral Grey Arms: M05 Pyro. Gloves and launcher painted Flat Black, uniform painted Chevy Engine Red, tubes for the flamethrowers were painted Neutral Grey. Flame on right arm was left unpainted. Legs: SW(4)01 Biker Scout, Chevy Engine Red for the uniform, Flat Black for armor, boots, and flare gun. Base: M05 Pyro, with one small modification. Can anyone see it?
