You know, I hadn't even thought about Pokemon Attacktix. (Combining two victims of 'Gotta collect the whole set')...
*Starts chuckling at the thought of Darth Vader, Megatron, Magento, Jabba and more getting their evil (or misguided) butts whipped by a bunch of Pikachu, Squirtle and Charizard Attacktix....*

Nintendo only owns some few basic pokemon, like pikachu and giggly puff. but mabey not becuase of the poke balls you could get.... mabey your player could pick up an item on the ground... like a pokeball and throw somewhere and where ever it landed you can place a pokemon figure.... hmmm.... this is giving me some reallly cool ideas

What the heck are you talking about? Nintendo OWNS Pokemon, period. It is developed by Game Freak who is a second-party publisher meaning they make the game and Nintendo releases it and owns the copyrights to it. Saying Nintendo doesn't own all the Pokemon is like saying they don't own all the Donkey Kong characters because Rare made DK64.
Second, there are more than enough characters in Nintendo. It'd be like Star Wars where you would have your Marios, Links, and Samuses which are released often but have different sculpts and powers while you'd have less known characters like various Koopas, random Space Pirates, and Re-Deads for rares and super rares. Not only that but you could also have one-off characters like Ray 01 from Custom Robo or 9-Volt from WarioWare.
Overall, I think Nintendo would be a fabulous idea but I have rarely seen Nintendo toys. You can get some off the internet and the like and there are Pokemon (which are licensed to TOMY, a Hasbro rival) but I have never seen actual action figures for Ninendo so I think the possibility of this actually happening is very low.

In addition, Attaktix is directed at a younger audience. The majority of Nintendo's products are also directed at a younger audience. Which is why they would sell very well...

I'd buy it.
Pokemon...ther is actually a new battle game coming out for them already, I don't remember who is making it, but it's out now overseas, and should be here in the states this summer I think...so that would likely preclude Pokemon from making the leap to 'Tix.

I corrected your typo for you; in the future, please just use the "modify" button on the top right corner of your post to correct errors like that, rather than making another post entirely. Also, here are instructions about how to upload pictures.

I believe Nintendo Attacks would sell very well, merely because there can be multiple variations for one figure, much like the two Bobas in Star Wars S4, and this could lead to many series. Link, for instance, could have a launcher hookshot like S4 Leia, a striker with the master sword, a launcher for the bow, and a throwing attack (like Cheif Chipera[SP]) with bombs. And again, that's just Link. Mario could have a "Force-Push" fireball, Chewbacca-like strike, and could throw bricks or coins like the aforementioned Ewok.

I love nintendo, but I doubt they would sell. I know I wouldn't buy them.
