Hi all, I went out for an afternoon constitutional (in the service of playing Star Wars EpI pinball at Dave and Busters), and I passed by the mall's KB Toys. I saw that the Marvel Legends Showdown starter sets were on sale, ostensibly for $6.99 per starter. However, they're having a 20% off all orange-tagged items (which these were), which brought the price down to $5.59 for the series 2 starter packs. Furthermore, their series 1 starter packs were discounted to $5.00; with the 20% off, I snagged a couple for $4 each! The booster figures were also marked down to $3.99 per figure, but they're also orange-tagged. I didn't get any of these, but the series 1 booster figures may be even more discounted, too.

Not without at least two to three figures on each team. Otherwise, it's often just a matter of hitting the other figure with your launcher, then jostling around for position on the board until you get close enough to "punch" or "kick" or "power" pose your way next to the opposing figure. Dice rolling hilarity will then ensue.
