When you say 3D are you talking about Beast Wars, Beast Machines, or Armada?
P.S. If there are more than that sorry, I don't know.

The Beast Wars/Machines 3D looked great. The Energon/Cybertron 3D was a terrible eyesore.
But this, this I like! Prime and Prowl look a tad too superhero and not quite enough robot.... but after about 2 minutes of looking at the picture it's already growing on me. Still, I like it. I like stylized design work. Yeah, about 95% of the people on TF-only websites hate it, but that's what they do. I was tempted to call those people die-hards, but I'm not sure that's a good term. Many of us are die-hard fans. By fans, I mean people who enjoy the franchise. Those other peeps who turn their noses up at everything... maybe I'll call them TF snobs. Anyhoo, I look forward to this cartoon. They all look great. I think I'm buying Ratchet first.

Energon, and Cybertron especially, are a bit hard on the eyes. Not as smooth and easy to view as BW/BM. And Annointed1, the link I posted right before you posted the promo pic contained the very same poster. No hard feelings!

I love the preveiw!!! Maybe Optimus and Soundwave should have an Axe-off! But I'm having problems getting the link to the decepticon pics to work.

Glad to hear you enjoyed it, I'm really looking forward to this series! ...But I'm having problems getting the link to the decepticon pics to work. That's strange, it works fine for me. Anyone else having trouble with it?

Hmm... I dunno what I think about these. They could turn out really well with the Samurai Jack-ish style, like Star Wars: Clone Wars did or they could turn out badly. I'm not a huge fan of the designs of most of the cars but they're decent "futuristic" designs (except for Optimus Prime's cab which looks idiotic IMO).
However, I really like the Dinobots. They look awesome and take well to the new animation style, same with the motorcycle, spider, and jets. I also find the robot modes to look pretty good as well. Nothing that makes my jaw drop but certainly good for a cartoon.
So, to summarize my opinions: 1. Most vehicle modes are odd but workably interesting 2. Optimus Prime's vehicle mode is horrific 3. Dinobots, jets, spider, and motorcycle look very good 4. Robots look decent, not great but decent

I'm super pumped for the show... but... I could do without that little girl. Bleh. Grimlock looks friggin awesome, though! Didja check out the figure? Woo! He has a lower jaw in robot mode... that took me aback a little, but as I consider it more, I like it. And that sword.. oh my. I'm more excited about these than I was/am about the movie figures. Thats, like, alot.

Grievous, for your #2 I completely agree, but you're only looking at the deluxe one I believe. There are actually 2, 1 deluxe and one Voyager, the deluxe's truck is disgusting but the Voyager one has his "trailer" and looks much better, just hope he has his axe. Vehicle Robot

Bah! I was sure I forgot something on my "list of thoughts" and the girl was it. I say the first episode should contain one of the Transformers punting her across the city, never to be heard from again. All annoying human characters to enter the series shall have the same fate! ;D
Ah, see, I didn't even look at the toys, I just watched the two videos. That Voyager version is good, better than the other Autobot cars. I was basing my opinion on the Optimus shown in the second movie DoNP posted. That thing is UGLY!

All annoying human characters to enter the series shall have the same fate! ;D I think that's being a bit quick to judge. Though not many people like the human interaction in TF (possibly one of the reasons why BW/BM was successful), those robot's would look pretty different if humans were never encountered. Taking on Earth disguises is all part of blending in, in any series, and if there are humans around, then it's only a matter of time until you have that interaction. I think it's a necessary evil, because, while some of the human characters of the past have been annoying (Rad/Carlos ), they play an important role in the war. Why else would BW Megatron want to destroy the humans in advance, before they would help the Autobots to defeat the Decepticons? Sure the human characters can be pests, but look at us, are their portrayals that far off?

I agree that human interaction is necessary, and it does keep the robots in perspective (big!) but .... ugh. I have a feeling she's gonna be super annoying. But, you're right. I'll reserve judgement.
Is it just my computer, or is TFormers an amazingly slow website for anyone else?

That couldn't be farther from the truth. If they went and made non-annoying humans, humans with a point that are actually worth adding to the series and weren't just humans for the sake of humanity (and annoying humans at that), then I'd truly enjoy the people in Transformers media. However, at this point, the little girl seems to be taking on the role of "annoying human" and should be punted. If she was replaced by, say, the army guys from the Transformers movie, I'd be fine with the human role in the series. Summary since I tend to get long-winded: Only punt the annoying humans. Non-annoying humans can stay.
