Is it illegal to glue his shoulder tight so he cannot swivel at the shoulder? I have the same problem with striker Wolverine, so instead of clawing my enemies with him, I back-hand them. I would say this would not be allowed in a tournament environment. You may only "fix" a figure that is to be used in a tournament, and sense your hulk wasnt broken this would be a modification; and modifications are bad...... That is until we have a "modified" class.

My friend ArduisCane has the same trouble with Wolverine. Does "back-handing" your opponents actually work? If so, I'll have to recommend that method to him. Otherwise, that arm just moves around way too much. A few people I know have the same trouble with Crumplezone also, though I don't see why. His arm is much shorter, and therefor, IMO, much easier to control.

Yes - backhanding works quite well with a little practice. I've used that with the Wolverine Striker as well. You don't get multiple kills, but you don't miss often either.

Backhanding works well when called for. I used OWK backwards before when I coundn't get a good enough angle.
Not powerful, but does the trick.

Last weekend I had some battles against Arduis. He used that back-handing method, which allowed him to make more use of that Wolverine than ever before! True, you don't get nearly as many multiple kills, but when you average zero kills with a particular figure, any little bit of improvement is good!

14 or up to 15 speed, large base is pretty good. Join him with many 10pt spideys especially in larger games 200pt and over and u got some sacrifice fodder. Hes alright wont see him in tournaments a lot though. avengers as a class is really bad. s1 and s2 grey hulk are throwers which isnt that effective and thor not great for attaking or his special. cpt americas 40 pts !!!!11!!!!111!!! if avengers were better than it would help.
