I was bored at work yesterday, so I followed the link to Hasbro customer support.

I told them that "I felt that the quality of their prodcut had dimished...yada yada yada..." I used PoliteSpeak to basically tell them that my starter wolverine sucked and I wanted something else.

I was pleasantly surprised, within hours, they contacted me, telling me that they would send me a prepaid parcel that I could ship the figure back and they would send me an 'equivalent' item, as they do not repair or offer replacement parts for the item in question.

So stay tuned, I'll post here when I get my equivalent item.

Ya i have heard of this, hasbro is a really nice commpany. when i got a series 1 Grievous (back in those good old days ;D) i was sad to find out that gun was broken... so i emailed hasbro, they emailed me back, and i sent them the figure and they sent me a brand new pack of series 1 attacktix! i didnt get general Grievous, but i was really happy to know that hasbro cared.

Hasbro freaking rocks in the customer service portion. I had a busted S2 Starter General Grievous and e-mailed them. A few days later they sent me a letter with two $3 off coupons that I could use on any Hasbro product. I went and bought two packs of S3 Attacktix and was able to score Boba Fett and Luke in Stormtrooper Armor. It's a bit sad that I lost my Grievous but getting six figures for $8 is an above average deal, especially when two of them are your most wanted in a set. The sting was also lessened by the fact that I didn't have to send in the figure so I still have my Grievous for display...

After reading this thread I contacted Hasbro about a broken Cap that I recieved, so hopefully I can get something like that Wolverine deal, I'll let you know. Thanks for the heads up.

I too are very concerned of the Wolvereine striker. Though I wont sent it back I still make it part of my squad.

For some reason, when I contacted them to have some broken figures replaced, they didn't reply. Has this happened to anyone else?

I lobe Hasbro. First of all, they make Attacktix
Second, customer service is top-notch. I'm waiting to get a broken figure so I can get some coupons, lol.

Yeah Hasbro is pretty good about this, calling them on the phone seems to be the best way to get quick service. The couple times my wife has called she's gotten immediate responses.
