With the new types of figures and their powers, I imagine that new types of attacks will be developed.
I'd like to see Cyclops shoot a blast out of his eyes.
Wolverine slashes, but that'd be normal.
DareDevil could have "opponent must attack with eyes closed"
It'd be a fun addition.

Storm could have a missile kinda like a force blast, but not a force blast because those are virtually useless at long distances. She could also have a "Force Push" like ability, but those abilities stink.

I thought a long time about Cyclops, and I don't know how they can do it and make it 'look' cool.
Like if you stick a blast in his eyes, there will be a long rod coming out of the back of his head. That looks okay on a gun, or a little tip in the shoulder... but a 2 inch rod from his skull will be odd... SO I can't wait to see how they do it.
Maybe a prod type effect, or just an inventive sculpt!
HULK SMASH!

Could you see the hulk as a mega with his hand locked together in front of him, then his attack would be like a reverse of c3-po, to where you pull his interlocked hands over his head then release them so that they crush down upon your enemy?
That would be so cool….. But, you know, it could be an attack that could actually damage figures.
You gotta wonder... I mean, hasbro capitalized on EP3 with attacktix, so whos to say they wont do the same with the first wave of marvel attacktix?
What Im getting at is, I bet there will most defiantly be a ghost rider attackix. Now, I dont know if it would be a whole ghost rider thing, or like he would just be included in an all encompassing marvel attacktix. But there will be a ghost rider...
And ghost rider could have a swinging chain attack. We have already seen something similar to this on the transformer attacktix picks.

Ghost Rider, Fantastic Four (Part 2), Spider-Man (Part 3, hell even without a movie we will see 3 figures), Hulk (Part 2, again, we will see him no matter what)... These figures will have movies coming out in 2006-7 so they will be in the first few waves. Probably the villians will come from the movies first.

Maybe Cyclops could do it like a sword swallower. If he leaned forward (to shot forward)and tipped his head back, the missile could be spring loaded into his body.

Spider-Man!
1. Web-Net shooting (like Hammerhead) 2. Punching 3. Web-Shooting 4. Black-costumed & Regular costumed
Villians I want to see: Rhino, Green Goblin, Hobgoblin, Doc Ock, Venom, Sandman, Carnage

I'd be interested at what they could do for a Phoenix attacktix, or if they'd just keep it the same as a regular Jean Grey. And Prof. X he might be hard to knock down with his hoverchair thing. Where did he get that hoverchair anyway? Did Beast make it? Did he make it?

Where did he get that hoverchair anyway? Did Beast make it? Did he make it? If you are talking about the Golden Hover Chair, it's alien tech. After being re-crippled by the Shadow King, Charles Xavier went into space to recover with his lover, Empress Lillandra of the Shi'ar. The Shi'ar constructed a hover chair for Professor X that responded to his mental commands. Xavier's happiness was short-lived when returned to Earth to confront Magneto, whom he had left in command of the X-men. The resulting battle created the villain Onslaught and started the Age of Apocalypse.

Yea, Joe and I talked about Prof X - we both think he will have a "effect" instead of an "attack." And he should be hard to knock down considering he can cripple people with his mind. As for Phoenix, I think she could have a 'phoenix force' aka force blast.

I was talking about the one he had in the cartoon series. He had it before he met the Shi'ar. But this might not be totally in line with the comics. He briefly had a purple hoverchair while on the Shi'ar command ship with Lilandra, during the "Fate of the Phoenix" episode, I think.

My continuity is from the comics... I love the cartoon, but I am unsure of their explaination and origin of things.

I wonder who will be the "obi-wan" (multiple versions) of Marvel Attacktix.
I would personally like to see Cyclops in multiple forms.
Bat-man would be the most well suited for multiple figure variations. His utility belt provides for adaptation. However, he is a DC character.
I think Gambit is the most logical choice due to the fact that his character throws things and hits stuff with his staff regularly.
But I think Phoenix has it with her post on Spiderman. He throws webs. He could hit, punch, head butt, whatever. He is also very popular in the movies as well. I think we will see many Spiderman Attacktix, perhaps even a mega (?).

Maybe an effect like "Spider Web" could make it so an opponintes figure could not move or attack for a whole turn. This would be SpiderMans( for many resons)
