On #2, my understanding of Regen, 1 turn wait is that Player A defeats Magento and Chewbacca. Player B then takes his/her turn - then Player A goes again. Then Player B can bring back Magento and Chewbacca.

Well, it looks like we have some varying opinions, so we'll vote individually - Ionic noted that everyone has chimed in, so....
1. Speed, limit, make uniform, or leave unchanged. b. 8
2. Re-generation, not do it, or do it, and if you do it is there a bridge. c. Regen, 2 turn wait (turn or round)
3. Special Powers, yes/no? a. YES
4. Flying figures... any restrictions? a. None.
5. Speed Boost... if so, how? abstain/other. This should be left to the tournament organizer. They are in charge of supplying the surface to be played on.
6. Flag/Turret placement? (we all agree in the center...so..) b. Other...to be determined by vote.
7. Point values applied, or not? a. Yes, use points.
8. Does a figure have to stop when picking up the flag? c. Yes, figure loses remaining tix AND it costs one attack.
9. Starting Line or Home Base? b. Start Line Theory.

Speed Boost... if so, how? b. 2 Tix Extra (Seems to me that this would be a special zone like in petes example, really only meant for the tournament.)6. Flag/Turret placement? (we all agree in the center...so..) a. Turret gets placed where flag was when flag is absent. Have to touch base to use. (I think I like leaving the stupid thing out all together better.)7. Point values applied, or not? b. No, use amount of figures instead8. Does a figure have to stop when picking up the flag? a. Nope, run and grab. (should really be "grab and run" shouldnt it? )9. Starting Line or Home Base? b. Start Line Theory (To start the game and to cross and finish. Regen zones should be established as well.)

A. No speed boost (unless a tournament organizer includes it in their playfield).
I've still got a question about #2. When a figure is defeated, when does it get to return to play? A: "1 turn wait". So does that mean a figure defeated on an opponents turn waits that turn and regenerates to attack on it's controllers turn? Or do they wait a round and regenerate on the opponents turn? How does that actually work?

Hey everyone - ID pointed out that there were some errors on my tally - my apologies. The upside is that they did not affect the outcome except in one instance, so I'm not quite THAT big an idiot. =D
There is also another issue - the Speed Boost was actually miscounted and is now resolved and the rule passes with NO SPEED BOOST.
