You have it correct, Joe, I'm just not making myself clear, I think. The emperor's attack is essentially movement, rather than a bullet shot or sword strike, and so I wanted to differentiate since the emperor's attack requires the figure to be moved. This was the whole crux, in essence, of the Stun question - what qualifies as movement? Tixing? Tixing and Rotation? Tixing and firing? So I had to try (with my limited skill) to enunciate some scenarios that I have seen viewed as valid in the argument by others.
The Gunship is really a better example of one's Attack Action being closely tied to physical movement. You need to actually detach the base, fly somewhere, shoot, and if you want to - pick up a figure and move him. That's the most obvious one that would need a close look.
Others that come to mind are the fliers - Can a Boba Fett S4#10 who is stunned come off his base, shoot, then land on his base and still have that legal? In my mind, a stunned character should not be able to move at all; a sort of paralysis that allows only the slightest of movements, such as reaching a trigger finger (which is essentially #2 Choice) to fire. This would prohibit rotation of the base or body in the process of aiming - so a shot would have to come out of the barrel right as it was when the figure was stunned, no alternate vector or angle.
This was really the crux - what should the definition of "MOVE" be in relation to the execution of the "STUN" power.
