1st off... Anyone in the UK?... where can i get the booster packs from? and how much? 2ndly... i have the starter set and bought two booster packs off ebay *which dont come by very often at all*.... I have two Super Optimus Primes... one on black base.. the other on silver base... Apart from the obvious.. whats the difference? Is it just a gameplay difference or is one rarer? I'm more on a collecting mission as opposed to a playing mission.. too old for that..*although i'll join in with the relatives children * Thanks guys *n gals...*

I'm in the states, so can't help you with your first question.
As for the second, one out of every eight figures comes with a chrome base as opposed to black. There is no gameplay reasoning for this, it's just something to try and get collectors interested. So, the chrome figures are rarer, as there are 7 times as many black bases.

Apart from the obvious.. whats the difference? Is it just a gameplay difference or is one rarer? Welcome to the game! The silver based figures are the "foil" versions of the booster figures...no different in gameplay, just flashier. And more rare. There is also a third version of Super Optimus Prime with a gold base, this one has the same sculpt but a different power, and comes in the Showdown big box with the Star Wars stuff as well. Happy hunting!

There are some UK members on here. Autobot1000 is the first that comes to my mind. He'd probably be your best bet if you want to trade figures.
Welcome to the board!

Autobot100 is UK as well.
And this thread is not EVEN about General Questions!!! I can't see anything here about Eisenhower, Patton, Abezaid, Pace, Montgomery......

i wondered why my ears were burning.
ive seen some boosters in Game. Only a handful but thats the only place ive seen them. You might get lucky by going to your all night tescos. Not all of them still have them but ive seen some. (the one in blackpool has LOADS...but thats a good 30min bus drive away from the peir)
another UK fan. welcome to the board

When a player is defeated and the window is white, are you required to play that figure's special power? I ask b/c crumplezone is terrible and his special power forces him to sacrifice a trooper. I would not trade a 10 point spiderman striker for crumplezone if I have the choice.
