I know most people have already seen these but does anyone know why they were replaced with the starters that were released? These would definately sell better then the current ones. Demolishor looks cool, and the Starter even came with Scorponok who a lot of people want because of his unique attack. This starter is clearly superior to the bounty hunter one, so why was it changes? I'd understand getting rid of Luke and Vader cause they were in the Intergalactic pack but they didn't need to get rid of Ben and the tusken.

Wow, it's good to see that Demolishor almost made it into series 1.

I wonder what Demolishor's attack would be? I can't see anything that attacks from looking at him...

Demolisher's attack looks the same as Dirtboss', with the barrel flipping up. Maybe they just decided to go with Dirtboss instead.

My guess is that Demolishor's attack would either be a missile like Dirt Boss or a thrower like Chirpa.
So, any ideas why they weren't released?

Demolisher's attack looks the same as Dirtboss', with the barrel flipping up. . I think that's what it looks like too. I own the figure that this Attacktix Demolishor was designed after, so here's my assumption of what the projectile would look like (please excuse the crudeness of the drawing ):

Take out that Mini-con and put robo-Skyblast back in and I would coveteth that HARD, yo! I really like the look of Demolishor. I hope he makes it into future series... but I kinda doubt he will. Does anyone really use Dirtboss? I didn't see any at Tixcon.

Does anyone really use Dirtboss? I didn't see any at Tixcon. Not too much... most figures that have Recruit as a special tend to have such a low percentage of it coming up that it's better to use those 30 points on something else (like a figure that recovers). I like using him in "friendly games" because of the unique missile. One thing that just dawned on me, is that the missiles are loaded into the figures in the pics above... in starter sets, they are normally sealed in plastic and not in the figure's launching mechanisms. Also the labels are blank... perhaps someone just "threw" these sets together and they were never intended to be sold as a set.

True, they may have been tossed together just for the sake of having something presentable at the time.

Yeah, they are not attached/secured in any way either. If this were a legit set, they would be attached to a thin piece of plastic molded to their backs and have twist ties holding them to it.

Oh yeah. Lookie the Star Wars set... it doesn't even have a cardboard platform to hold the figures up over the outer packaging. Someone musta been a little behind deadline.

That's certainly possible - it might also be that because of the light sabers (especially Kenobi's) that they had to put them that low in order to fit into the box.
