i concur, too many moving parts in a small plastic figure are bad news, now if they were die cast, maybe, but they would end up being more expensive. i forsee two versions, robot and vehicle (or bugs and dinosaurs or whatever) for most figures.
my grandparents bought me the entire A-team set minus the girl because they thought it would be weird of me to play with a female doll, go figure.
what we really need is CAREBEAR attacktix, shooting belly icons at each other with a shirttales subset to randomly insert back-ups with spinners in the shirts that would say how many or what kind. huh, nudge nudge, huh.

SFX! Awesome, I was waiting for your input. And did they REALLY have a female A-Team figure? I had what I thought was the whole set... until now. I loved the grappling hook. H.M. Murdock's arms fell off, too

I agree that was awesome! SFX rules!
I dont know much about transformers but I'm not opposed to them as attacktix.
The only transformer I remember from my childhood is the one that transformed into a boom box. It was very cool but I dont think it could 'fight.'

Soundwave. He was awesome, if not very exciting to play with in his transformed state! But all his little tape buddies fit inside his tape slot and his gun became his boombox batteries! Ahh youth.

Yea, Soundwave was awesome. I'm also a big fan of his Autobot counterpart 'Blaster'.
I think I'm going to pass on the Transformers and G.I. Joe Attacktix. I left the world of HeroClix because of the large amount of figures to collect and the $$$$$$$ spent on collecting those figures. If I get into these new lines the platic crack addiction will kick in and I'll be living in the poor house. I hope they do well though.

But all his little tape buddies fit inside his tape slot and his gun became his boombox batteries! I remember that! My memory in general is not very good, so any connection is always good for me. The only other ones I remember are Bumblebee and the Constructabots. (I think I had the whole set!)

I will SAY I only want Optimus Prime and Megatron. But then I will buy a booster. And then I will want one that Strikes and one that Shoots.
Then I will want them all.
I need help!

Congratulations Joe. The first step to getting help is admitting you have a problem.

And if it isn't also the last step, I'm in big trouble as well...

did no one like my carebears-shirtales idea?
and the female a-team member was a girl named amy that face was always trying to "land" in the show, my favorite was howlin mad murdock and that nepoleon shirt he wore in the show.

it's contsructicons, cause they were evil. bots=good cons=bad Oh yeah, I remember that now. I suppose carebears could be fun as sith fodder (especially since we don't have any ewoks). I would lead Maul and Vader against those guys any day. But after the battle was over, we would all say we're sorry and learn a valuable lesson about sharing and caring.
