even if you did physically create them as long as you distribute them free of charge you are not guilty of infringment unless you advertise publicly and worse if you created something lewd or offensive using the likeness. like those calvin peeing on things decals, i've heard in some states they'll make you scrape them off or cite you.

How about those vehicles? I've got some ideas, but I'm still working them out. Like I said before I want to come up with something a little more creative than just slapping some guns on a snowspeeder. Plus I've got 2 or 3 ideas that are in the hopper before the vehicles get done. I like to work on each idea/project as they come to me.

Possibly having a cutout circle on the top/seat of each vehicle that any Attacktix base could fit into... is you are planning on your vehicles being manned that is.
The Attacktic bases are a good thicknes that you can probably make like 3 or 4 (however many standard base sizes there are) concentric cutouts - like a cupholder in a car - to fit every Attacktix figure base.

Since Hasbro allready set the standard with figures being attached to the vehicle I'll probally go that route and have the special power be that that figure might get the chance to come in from back-ups. The main thing I'm working out is how to make the vehicles balanced. A battle droid (or even Darth) is really no match for a snowspeeder, etc.

with target spots, hit a traget and the vehicle wings fly off ala the old hasbro tie fighters. or for droid guided ships, the droid pops out.
