Q.If the special window was half white,or barely white at all but still has some showing, will that count?Or does it have to be completely white?
Q.Will there be extra outlets there to plug in things that might need to be charged?(Ex:cell phones,Nintendo DS,etc.)

Q. It has very recently been brought up in this thread how it is possible to memorize a correlation between white spots on a figure's underside and the movement speed on top in order to always, or at least very often, have a figure always turn up white. Will there be any attempt to stop this during the tournament? I personally like Radar's suggestion in the aforementioned thread in order to stop the possibility of this cheat...

I think we need to put masking tape over the TIX windows to avoid cheating. This would prohibit cheaters, and would change gameplay only incredibly slightly as people would not get that 'special movement bonus'.

Now that you answered my quetion about whether or not there will be tournament figures. I have another.
Q. Of "huge box" of tournament figures you recieved. Does it include T1 -T5 or is it only T6-T10 figures?

Q. How will attendee-made side-games be run? Will they need to be submitted for addition before the tournament or can someone just walk up and say something like, "My good sir, is there any chance that my acquaintances and myself could partake in an enjoyable exchange of Attacktix battling where-in the rules state that only figures of the shooter variety may be used? If so, may we have the honor of trophy support?"
Sorry, got carried away with the fancy talk... ;D

LOL. At every tournemant thus far, there will be ZOUNDS of sidegames. Remember, this IS in a hotel, and I have a portable playfield with me. Any park bench, floor, etc. is my battlefield!
The trick is that is a SOCIAL gathering more than anything else. We're there to enjoy our common interest, and maybe get some goodies from the man with the plan. Mostly, we're there to see Grievous get beat in the first round....strike that....have FUN and play lots of new people at Attacktix - the Chess of the 21st Century!

What I meant by sidegames was actual sidegames as mentioned by Webhead in the main thread, mini-tourneys with special rules. I think you're thinking of exhibition games which are entirely different from side-tournaments which would have been a better way to word my question than sidegames.
But, this post is breaking an integral rule to this FAQ which was Questions Only, so I'll post a question with this bit.
Q. Is there a rough schedule for the day available (i.e. 100-point tournaments first, then auction, then Hulk bowling, then 200-point main tournament, then announcement of customs winners, then side-tournaments to end it all) or will it be played by ear?

Q. Will the auction be a silent auction or a standard style of auction with lots of fast talking?

Silent, if I recall.

Here's a way to ask if we can considered the Tix mapping issue closed: Can we institute the rule that "figures that are knocked down shall be ground at least one Tix by a person not in control of those figures," or something similar?

Q: Can we do the Custom Contest before the auction?
If so, it would be possible to donate the pieces after the contest.

Q. How will the registration process work? Will it be something simple like merely writing down a name and handing over the cash or will it be a more intricate process like also writing down what universe you're competing in and stuff like that?
Q. A previously answered question mentions something about scorecards (quotation of question and answer can be found below). What are these and how will they affect the tournament?

If we have a team with Han and Luke as Stromtroopers, will we only be able to use the "Free attack" with one of the figures or both? (Im pretty sure it is only one but what is your take on this Webhead?)

Only 1 of the same effect per turn, per team. See Rules FAQs Here Grazi ETA: No prob. Incidentally, grievous, here's a sample Hasbro scorecard from their tournament kit.
